Hello

I'm selling my bitcoins on localbitcoins.com to my WebMoney :

1- Buyer open the trade and asked for my WMZ, He send money and the protection code

2- I received the money, and after I released bitcoin he starts a dispute on WebMoney and the locked my account

3- I talked to the buyer he said that someone was buying from him and he scammed me and him.

I have a screenshot of a conversation should I send the conversation and prove of releasing bitcoin to Arbitration system, Is selling bitcoins to WebMoney not allowed to WebMoney?  Did anyone face like those issues with WebMoney?

Please, anyone, help me as soon as possible

As what I ppsted on other thread where you replied, Webmoney has their own service with buying/selling bitcoin so for sure, it isn't prohibited on their end.

You can open a support ticket and explain everything, and show any proof you have.

I'm selling my bitcoins on localbitcoins.com to my WebMoney :
Why aren't you doing everything on your own since you already have a WebMoney account?
- You can just send your BTCitcoins directly there then simply convert it to WMZ from its dashboard (I've been doing it for the past few years).

3- I talked to the buyer he said that someone was buying from him and he scammed me and him.

I have a screenshot of a conversation should I send the conversation and prove of releasing bitcoin to Arbitration system,
I highly doubt the highlighted part is real. Yes, you should forward your conversation as that's the only proof.
- If the other involved party is from this forum, kindly link his/her details so we can check his/her history as well and include those conversations if you're fine with it.

Is selling bitcoins to WebMoney not allowed to WebMoney?
As mentioned by others, it's allowed and it's part of their system.

Did anyone face like those issues with WebMoney?
Nope, never. You might want to make sure you aren't hitting any limits as well [just to be sure].

If it was fresh account and got deposit of huge money, then I guess they should block it. Btw webmoney isn't as strict as paypal when it comes to money refunds (they don't do it easily as pp).
Webmonry has bitcoin exchange service too, it's not a wallet where fraud transactions are controlled on high level, a lot of people use it for that reason.
It's better to ask this question on Russian board because webmoney is very popular Russian wallet, ask someone help in translation of your issue when opening thread in that board, they'll help.
