Hackers steal database of the largest hosting provider on the DARKNET

There is a report about hackers who stole and leaked the database of Daniel Hosting (DH), it is the larger free web hosting provider in the market, the home of all related crypto forums and stories. The hackers say that he is also part of the collective and allegedly got the information after the second hacking, so he has now more information about what to do.

This leads to shutting down all the services and urged the users to migrate their sites to new ones on the dark web, so the information they have would not be able to access by the hackers and they have to migrate it to other websites so it would not be gone. According to the reports, the leaked data is 3671 email addresses, 7205 passwords, and 8850 private keys, assessing the numbers of information that has been stolen, that is too much information they had it all now, what would happen next after than thing.

DH warned its affected users that they should immediately change the password that the hacker leaked, as they could be used to hijack new accounts that site owners create with other providers.

Although DH is reportedly the home of illegal cybercrime-related sites, it also hosts many owners of dissident and political sites, who could have their identity revealed to the authorities, according to the hosting provider.

If someone is silly enough to use personal details on the dark web and do illegal stuff they could be charged for, they've done it to themselves. It's the first thing you have to do: never fill in personal details if you don't want to be traced on a website. Especially if the website is part of a suspicious network.

This is not entirely correct. The hackers deleted all the site data themselves, which erased all the websites and brought them offline. So there was no way for them to migrate to other sites unless they backed up their website files beforehand. And this isn't even the first time Daniel's Hosting was hacked, two years ago it was also hacked but they only erased the websites and couldn't leak the database.

According to this, Daniel's not going to relaunch it anytime soon.

I mean yeah this is to be expected, alot of hackings happening this year you just sit here watching twitter and all the other things getting hacked and you kind of wonder, what will get hacked next...
