in my opinion if I still have a lot of remaining balance from the profits from trading results it would not hurt if participating in the new IEO but I suggest you to be more careful when you want to invest in a new IEO, make sure to participate in an exchange place that has a good reputation and often organizes IEO.

Since 2018 until now, many new IEO projects have failed. The main factor I see because they do not make their IEO on Exchange that has a good reputation like Binance, Okex or Kucoin. But it's very rare to find a new IEO project there. Yesterday there was a successful Cartesi project and when CTSI's listing price increased dramatically but now it has plummeted, I don't know why be like that. I still hold some CTSI until now.

OP is absolutely right all of Binance IEO increased a several times, i have seen gradually. not like the price over increased in Cartesi project. It’s seems a big hype project. You mentioned that about failed IEOs in 2018, when such new project weren’t  affordable likes these major exchanges, even though when it was latest idea in crypto space, every project can't experiencing that.

lately it has been difficult for me to find the best IEO all projects conduct IEO in small markets obviously it will create a risk in investing IEO, my advice is better to wait until there are projects that are able to do IEO in large markets such as binance

   You are right about that Mekar, lately it's hard to find a good IEO outside Binance! Every other exchange
that conducts IEO's has a low rate of successful fund raising, and most projects from there end up bad!
For now Binance is a leading exchange with the highest rates of successful sales and later projects that got
listed on their platform.
   Sometimes it's better to wait and save money for something good and less risky, than to try to invest in
first project you run into.

If you make some research you can see that there are really a lot of profitable projects like BNB. Indeed no doubt some of the projects are absolutely scam and be honest l advice to stay away from them. In my humble estimation l advice also to stay from Latoken, that is why there are a lot of bad news about that and l don't prefer, instead of Latoken, you can choose good others.

There is no guarantee that you will get returns all the time with IEOs in Binance. It is true that exchanges such as Binance and Huobi screen the IEOs very carefully before listing them. But then, market dynamics can also have a big impact on the future. So when you go for the investment, you need to craefully analyze all the factors about that particular project.

Since Binance launched IEO, I have never seen them fail. All cashew projects are successful and profitable at least 2-3 times the IEO price. It is clear that Binance is the best exchange and has the best IEOs, which has attracted a lot of investors to participate in their exchange.

I have analyzed almost all the IEOs that got listed in Binance during the last 12 months or so. Some of them have given spectacular gains. One example is that of the BitTorent Token (BTT). The IEO price was $0.00012, and now it is trading at $0.00027. However, there was a time when it went up by 1500%. Another one is the Matic Network. It's IEO price was $$0.00263, and now it's trading at $0.0186.

Iris are one of the most profitable platform in the market. Iris gives good returns. But it depends. Only ieos in the big exchanges like binance or kucoin or huobi is good with profit. But when you are going with an ieo from some small or mid cap exchanges then the risk factor are very high. And most of the time they don't give any kind of profit . Right now its only the battle of big exchanges as they are the ones who usually get the success of IEO.
When they have a big number of traders, it's always a guarantee that once a project is listed in a certain exchange after IEO, the price will pump.
