1. Being a bounty hunter doesn’t mean just earning money from the forum. It can also be seen as promoting the new projects based on industry which is not a valid reason to revoke anyone to participate.
2. I can see multiple users who are participants of bounty campaign and they get a spot in the raffle. I can post usernames as per your request.

I would like to apologize for the delay in the transfer of the winning amount to Lender. I have been away due to various real life works and didn't really find time to message DarkStar_ for the transfer of 0.001BTC from the escrow wallet. The new Raffle for the month of June would start today and the winner would be chosen as usual based on the future blocks. While the future of bitcoin is again uncertain in the world of corrupted India, we the forum members never slow down from making our local section great again and educating the newbies on cryptocurrency and the technology behind bitcoin.

The smerits have piled up a little in all these weeks of inactivity and I would start spreading it out again as and when I encounter a quality post in our forum.
