Why not, but clearly depends upon their money management. I have been a salaried person before and I always used to make sure that a half of my salary goes into asset buying and not into useless expenditure.

i think it is possible because we have succesful stories of poor people that works and earns a minimum or lower than that but they manage to become rich later on .
its only a matter of budgeting it and saving it  . when you have a good amount of money , you can use it for education or create your own business and stop working as an employee .corruption can be one of the reason on why a person can be poor and without it , being rich can become easier .

Yes you can , if you know your salary is secure in the next years take a loan and invest in a business ( real estate for example ) and when it starts making money it will pay your loan and after its paid you its all profit

Well many top CEO'S, or people at good position have earned millions during their service tenure and all of them at one point started with a small package. But as you grow in life and in career money follows you if you get best at it and then money management becomes the key as should know what yields you best and how and where to invest in it.

In my opinion the risk of taking a loan is higher no one can talk about profit and loss in business. If you don't analyze the market properly you will be at risk and it will be difficult to repay the loan therefore, it is better to save from your own income and invest in other activities.

Many of us use our earnings to buy something that we do not really need to save that money for our future. Besides that, sometimes we have to face an urgent situation that forces us to use our savings to cover and solve the problem. But I believe that if we can still save every penny we have, we can be rich in the future, as long as we keep trying hard from what we did.
