No I am not experiencing the same thing. But even though I felt that, since I have no other choice but to stay at home due to casinos are close and I think it will took a long more time to become fully operational again then I will just stay at home. The more I think about playing in casino will just make me mad because I can't go and other will be affected like how I behave in the house.

That's really good that you are trying to fight your gambling addiction (or urge) during this lock down. The other few steps you mentioned are going to be quite helpful. But, instead of looking at those youtube videos that helps you to quit gambling, try talking to someone you trust a lot, someone who would never judge you for who you are.

Yesterday, for unknown reason, suddenly I feel the urge to gamble again. When the lock down was implemented here, land based casinos are close. I'm more of a physical casino player, however, I was not affected by the closure because I thought that this will just last for a week or two.

But yesterday was a different feeling though, their was like a feeling that I need to go to casino and play. Maybe it was just the effect of the boredom during this lock down. There are some mental stimulus, like my sister-in-law inadvertently says that he doesn't have any identification with her but his casino ids. LOL. There was a time in which I could understand that feeling and the best way to combat it is to find other activities that you like even more, however I find out that it is better if those activities are engaging, what do I mean by that? Let me give you an example, watching TV is a very common hobby however it is kind of passive because you're not really doing anything, so you need to find something that you like but that also requires your input and in which you can affect the outcome directly by your actions and I have found out that board games or video games are great for this.

Yeah, almost all of the people have their own mobile phones but these people I am saying don't even own a phone, how much more of a computer. 3. I visualize myself totally stopping my gambling even after the lockdown. Yes, this is very tough on me, but I spend hours in my room doing some sort of mental visualization.

4. Talk to families, anything under the sun, bond with them, it is very relaxing.

5. Youtube. Search for inspirational video on how to quit gambling.

I don't know if you felt this feeling in this lock down. But for me it is real and I have to fight it back.

You have done a great job to fight your boredom and willingness to play in land base during this period of time because on what I have notice to other land base casino players are shifting to online casinos during this lock down therefore I salute you that you find a better solution to it. And doing some exercise will make you more healthy compare to keep on playing in casinos and stopping gambling is a choice therefore I know that you can do it if you have the eagerness to do it.

Even when I'm still gambling online, I didn't feel the urge when it comes to gambling. For me, before I gamble I always set my mind that whatever happens win or lose I will not feel anything.
