At first sight, yours looks similar as Stake but with different UI theme. I can see that you are giving away some satoshi on chat. It is good start promo in order to give a chance for users to try your site which still in beta phase.
Will look into it more when I'm on my PC although your site looks good on mobile but I think it will be better to try it on PC.

This change seems pretty underwhelming. Based on how it's at right now, it seems to be effectively 13.36% rakeback in the best case and 0% rakeback at the worst. My guess is that players will get around 4% rakeback on average with this system. I was never around for Caesars, but looking at the various races on the other casinos, it generally seems like you can get more than 10% rakeback in most spots. Many of these sites also offer a normal rakeback system (Stake/Primedice has 10% + 10% for Bronze VIP which is 10k wager) alongside these races.

I still think having races isn't a bad idea alongside challenges (as your form of rakeback), especially when you get a bit more established.

No special conditions to join the VIP program. Any players can join it by wagering, but indeed there is no specific number on how much should be wagered to reach each level of the VIP program. Currently players will only see their progress to the next level/rank.
The only available information is the specific number we will get for reaching each level/rank. It works the same as the one on Stake if you are familiar with it.

House edge is good enough compare to other sites where house edge is higher than 1%. About the game, I really don't know what kind of game it is but the way I see it is it looks like a crash game or HiLo where the target number to win is between 1 and 1000000 but I don't care since you are planning to add more games.

Wouldn't it be better if the admin automatically gives the certain amount of coins on every new signups. Since many new players on the site , it will be difficult for admin to track whom he has given the free money and whom are the new left ones.

Looks like a copy of Stake, almost all features are similar. I'm not quite sure it will be an advantage or disadvantage for your site to have similar look and similar feature of other trusted and popular site but I'm hoping the best for your site. That's probably because there are very few users on the site as the site is very new. That's the reason i mentioned before also that they should focus on some type of campaign to attract the visitors.
