Since it's almost impossible to expect a vaccine until the end of the year or maybe the 3rd quarter of the next year, I will go with B but with lots of considerations (But I'm hoping I'm wrong. We all want the vaccine and experts around the world are truly working hard for it).

I think option B will be the way for the sports event to resume in this middle of the pandemic, and yes, it might be no audience as you said so that people can watch the even from their home. But the promoter needs to give protection to all people in those events so they can resume the event without afraid of the virus.

The vaccine itself still tested on some samples, but we don't know how long the vaccine can be given to people who get infected.

Well, that is it. We all want the vaccine so everything may go back to normal but I will choose option [ b. ] because people in the sporting event needs to work as well for their living. Perhaps not be the same as before but still it may help not only the all staff and athletes, the players to start earning but also other employees as well that are being paid per game and to mention sports bettors may start to do betting again, --but with enhancing restriction for the safety of all the people involved in the sports events. But it will still be better if the vaccine is created the soonest possible time for a sure safety and health of everyone in the game but delaying it until the vaccine is created it may only cause starvation to them, perhaps it will result of no food to be prepared on the table.

Most sports events are halted, suspended, postponed, and canceled because of the pandemic virus for about to 1-2 months now. Within that short period, the damage is serious so I can't imagine if it will take a year or over.

It will depend on the sport and its popularity, there are sports that are so popular all around the world like soccer that the most famous leagues can afford to play without any audience and still generate profits due to the television rights and the increased viewership they will get due to the lockdown, but there are many other sports and leagues that are not that popular and they need people to attend to their events to be profitable and as such those sports should not resume their activities so quickly.

Let's face the reality. The world can't afford to wait for long for sports events to come back. The vaccine is a must but it doesn't mean they will wait for a 100% completion for this before returning back. I'm not saying back to its usual but at least, slowly developing while waiting for the vaccine.

The creation of a vaccine is serious. It's not a joke. And the sensitive part, it was made in rush. Risky to just test it right away to person even the result is good. It needs more tests. I admire our experts around the globe for making that happen as soon as possible.

I'm with Letter A but looking at the reality, it will not happen. There is no shortcut for the creation of the vaccine. Take note also of the production limit and the cost. Even let's say tomorrow, there will be a vaccine, the distribution of it will take time. Much better to have strict regulations instead for businesses to follow once they come back, including the sports industry.

Right now its seem like option B is what is happening. UFC and some other sports like boxing were held. They gradually resume because the love for sports is much greater than the risks. 

When you are in your house for several days without doing anything but browsing the youtube, its gets boring that you need to watch something new like some ballgames or boxing.

I personally feel that for any such big events till the time the vaccine is not prepared and trial and tested the big events will either gets postponed or will be cancelled. Nobody will be ready to take risks of their life just to put the shown on. May be if conducted may not receive that participation that would have otherwise in normal time.

There are sports that slowly getting back on their feet, so I guess players are willing to take that risk because of the love of the sports. And as far as the vaccine, it will really take some time to develop. So instead of just sitting it out, many sport governing bodies is going to continue with restrictions as I have said. They can show the sports on TV, maybe do a pay-per-view or something. At least we should see sports evolved in this crisis.

of course they will find a vaccine but the thing is when?this is not getting better as the virus is coming back and bringing second waves.

If we have to wait for the vaccine to be found there will be no certainty in time. The current vaccine is still in the testing stage,
the possibility of a vaccine can be found later this year or early next year from the news that I read on the internet. In my opinion

I do think limited sport Events would be allowed eventually so that one is able to give a push to the economy. But unfortunately Corona virus can spread even if the person is standing in the same room as you and the ventilation is not proper plus you have been there since 10+ minutes.
Maybe people should be allowed to play wearing the PPE , personal protective equipments , but the only games they would be able to play in the arena would be the ones requiring mind rather than physical attributes.

This is the best option for me and I think that many sports fan will agree, personally this is the biggest stake I will bet on because in my opinion it is better to be safe than sorry. The virus is a serious threat and having the people getting vaccinated for it will be a big help in the long run.

If organizers were to resume sporting events, this will cause an influx of people gathering in mass causing an extension in infection to increase because there is a virus that went to the event and unknowingly infected people. Making conditions that were mentioned above will be ineffective because no matter the measure they will take, and no matter how tight the security is, there will be people who will slip the cracks and mistakes will be committed. In my opinion, limiting the number of people watching the sporting event is a loss for the organizer because there will be lesser ticket sales and tv broadcast is not enough for sports.
