Miningsky 8 Card box and Mining only cards no worky

I had a client that sent me some 8 card miningsky cases and then some mining only amd cards.  Well if you plug in the miningsky machine to internal graphics WITH NO cards in it, it boots fine and can see video etc. 

If you plug in a no vid port mining only card and try to boot video goes away and it never boots.

I have tried changing bios to ingx instead of auto - no go
tried setting to gen 2 and gen 3 and no go
tested the vid cards and they do work on my miner dude cases
tested reg video card on miningsky box it works

Called mining sky and they are morons lol

I'm pretty sure there is a bios setting for them but i can't find it.  Anyone have one or know what it is?
