There is a market only if there are applications. Now the blockchain hype is loud, but it does not really reflect the commercial value, and very few people use it to do things. The public chain is essentially a kind of hype. In addition to the simple Bitcoin that can guarantee the credit of the ledger and is recognized by most people, the rest of the public chain is basically tasteless, more credible than Bitcoin, more commercial value, and functional. It seems too simple (smart contract). Although blockchain private chains (such as Hyperledger) are more mature in business than those public chains, in essence, what can be achieved is only public ledgers. In a business circle, everyone knows what each other has done and can play A role to monitor each other’s reputation, but in terms of business operations, users cannot experience any of the sweetness of blockchain, because its sweetness is just to remember what each other has done, and whoever breached the contract and who did not breach the contract is recorded, and there is no other advantage. , So if you want to develop the blockchain, especially how smart contracts play a role in business, it requires great innovation and experimentation. That is to say, the current blockchain has only concepts and no practical uses

Although this year is the tenth year after the release of Bitcoin, the market value has not surpassed some commercial giants, and the future upside is very considerable.

I think it's more reliable to do development. If the blockchain wants to develop, then technological development is the first step.

In the era of such detailed division of labor, a new field or sector is already highly competitive. As far as I know, the blockchain industry is still part of the industry operated by technical geeks, and its popularity also comes from digital currency. , And most people still have a strong speculative psychology for digital currency, and lack of its principles and technical content, and universities have not opened this major accordingly. I think this industry has a lot of room for development. There is no doubt about it. And the attributes of the blockchain itself: the decentralized point-to-point distributed accounting method determines that the entire process is fair, just, open source, and non-tamperable. For most of them, it is a good opportunity for the poor to stand up. What do you think about it?

Blockchain is a good profession, no doubt.

When I was looking for a job last year, I joined a blockchain company as a translator. At first, like most people, I thought that BTC was a new type of scam, and even prepared to resign on the first day of work. But with increasing understanding of the blockchain, I realized the value and future of BTC.

Even though my salary income is not high, I haven't made a lot of money by buying and selling BTC. But the financial and economics knowledge I learned in this process will always be beneficial to me.

Today I learned a new knowledge:

"My favorite way to think about it is as follows. Imagine a topographic map of the world, but with local electricity costs as the variable determining the peaks and troughs. Adding Bitcoin to the mix is like pouring a glass of water over the 3D map – it settles in the troughs, smoothing them out."——Nic Carter

There are several types of blockchains:
The first is non-technical development jobs, such as marketing and management. These are no different from traditional companies. Perhaps due to the early stages of different projects, individual companies will be particularly popular and always promote them. These jobs will require relatively strict requirements and need to have Enough experience can be competent.
The second is technology development
This is very important, and there are many types
1. The overall blockchain project has development experience, and has a well-known public chain project launched. This is the best job position.
Have some experience in the development of blockchain projects, such as developing encrypted wallets and exchanges, or developing DApps? This type of employment is relatively difficult because the direction is narrow.
Those with blockchain learning experience are the same as general programmers.
2. No blockchain development experience, but traditional programming development is great, and employment is the same as traditional.
3. There is a certain amount of experience in blockchain development, and rich experience in traditional development, and can be combined with actual problem items to solve problems with technology. This should be the most popular employment direction.

What we should pursue is independent thinking, not the judgment of others. In my opinion, the early days of every industry are so fascinating, because there are countless possibilities ahead and countless opportunities that can be created. Why were the marginalists or even the disappointed who entered the blockchain industry in the first place? Because I have failed, I am better able to cherish the first opportunity. Although Bitcoin has been issued for twelve years now, its market value has not surpassed some commercial giants, and there is considerable room for growth in the future.

At present blockchain technology is becoming popular all over the world blockchain is being called a modern innovation. Blockchain is a secure and open way to store information it is an irreversible digital transaction which applies not only to economic transactions but also to the storage of information on any type of activity using this technology this underlying technology works perfectly and is applied in a variety of jobs and industries with the increasing use of blockchain technology a variety of job positions have been created. Engineers also perform tasks such as blockchain testing and analysis safety testing and training of officers and employees.

The market has plummeted recently. Many people are worried about whether Bitcoin will return to zero and whether the blockchain industry will return to zero. This is typical nonsense. The blockchain technology industry is still at an early stage, the relevant regulatory regulations are not perfect, the mainstream investment institutions' recognition of the industry is not enough, and the risks are high, etc. These are the problems currently facing the blockchain industry. But this is the path that an industry must take to develop. What really hinders us is not these objective obstacles, but our own perceptions. Our cognition is the fundamental factor that determines the development of the industry.

I think blockchain is an emerging industry with great potential for development. You can learn and progress together with others. When others want to participate in this industry, perhaps you have also become an excellent player in this industry, whether it is Technically or in other aspects, this industry is completely different from other traditional industries, which also greatly expands your horizons and allows you to reap the wealth of knowledge.

With no doubt, blockchain is one of the best careers one can pursue at the time. It is highly in demand and you get to be a part of something big. Not to mention, you will get high salaries in these top blockchain careers. It is due to the fact that the need for such positions are high and the people with relative knowledge are less. Among all the jobs required in the field, only half of them are being met. This means that there’s a shortage of blockchain professional with sufficient technical knowledge.

If we talk about top blockchain jobs salary, it depends on various factors like where you are working, what’s your skill sets and how much you are experienced. As a blockchain developer, you can get from as low as $50,000 to as high as $120,000 per year. Mostly, if you work in startups, you won’t get sky-high salaries and their packages typically start from 50,000 USD for freshers. If you have experienced above 5 years, you can earn around $70,000 annually.

Next comes the high techs firms that offer the highest salaries in the field. Initially, you can earn around $70,000 which increases with experience and after five years you can get as high as $120,000. The reason for such a big gap between the salaries of startups and established tech firms is due to the fact that blockchain developers are more interested in starting their own firms rather than working for others.

At last but not least, comes jobs at government institutions. You might not get the best salaries here but as you know govt. Jobs have their own benefits. The salary packages offered at govt. Institutions are even less than startup firms.

Now cmon buddy, dont u know blockchain tech is the future? In about 20 years time, blockchain tech will be mainstream and pretty much every application will run over one blockchain. This means that kid today shoild already start studying the Blockchain so that they can succeed in life.

In the future we can see more number of blockchains. Most of the concepts at present will reach the real-time usage. Getting ourselves stronger in blockchain will help you with better career opportunities than the traditional system operation learning. It takes more number of years for the successful growth, even after a decades running the network is still young.

This is a very intriguing topic and I am interested to see how careers in blockchain develop over time. I have been watching the subject locally and globally, and of course we have come a long way in the last few years, though in my opinion I do not think it is a field that students are looking at seriously, unless they are developers/programmers. I am excited to see what lays ahead in the future for non-technical jobs related to blockchain.

Yes, blockchain is a good career. However, you must know that there are many types of blockchain developers. It includes an architecture blockchain developer, a database blockchain developer, and API design. The deeper you get into the core of blockchain, the higher your salary. I guess that whatever area of specialization you pick in blockchain development, just be the best at it. And you'll have people lining up to pay you top dollar.

More and more enterprises outside the industry is seeing the potential use for blockchain, apart from it being affiliated with crypto and the works. Which is why there's employment opportunity for web3 in the first place. Even as early as now companies and governments are studying how they can make use of blockchain's technology. I could remember Philippine's Scientific Research Department (DOST) even putting up scholarships for courses that teach blockchain technology, completely separate from cryptocurrency. So yeah, future's looking bright for all blockchain visionaries out there. Bitcoin has a possibility to die out eventually but as it stands today, blockchain may persist for a very long time, and it will bring in a whole market of careers and opportunities with it.

Lmao, I thought I was the only one who noticed. Either Olien's just not good at constructing productive and relevant content so he tries to copy whichever comes before him or he's really using alts, either way not gonna be good for the both of them.

Being a blockchain developer require knowledge from the basic to the core. Here it is mentioned about the difference and one who is able to address everything mentioned will master the market. Just going through the job portal and searching for blockchain developers itself will give a clear information on the demand for blockchain developers. People who have got programming skills can easily make themselves a blockchain developer.
