Would anyone mining Electroneum on mobile phone? I doubt, it has been a long time when I last saw a message on this. I think there is no much interest on mining Electroneum from mobile phone among the community. People used to waste their phone by mining this though.

They changed it to cloud mining with reward of around 10 ETN per day. But I think the mobile mining was better than this because people with high-end devices mined way more than this before they changed to cloud mining and I think they are the only one still offering this type of mining.

I'd be happy if electroneum stop mobile mining because somehow I feel it's not worth it, since it's not a real mobile mining but a cloud based reward it's like wasting coins away, I expected more growth from this project on the long run.

It's for just 7 days! It will be interesting to see what will they announce. Anytask.com is an interesting project, I saw couple good reviews from first users. Definitely a good place for people with skills who have something to offer.
ETN is around for a while, and they are building a nice community. I think they can achieve some higher prices, and I got a bunch of ENT's sitting and waiting for that to happen!

If that happened, it would be a great pity. I also use this mobile app, there are no big rewards, but small rewards are also rewards.
I liked the whole project and I remember it from the very beginning. So I will see how the overall situation develops.

How true is this? It's a shame that this will end soon, I always use 1300 etn to buy data for browsing, the cloud mining is very helpful, I don't see how removing the mobile miner will help electroneum grow, we will see what happens next

Actually, I think this is a good decision from the Electroneum team! Mobile mining wasn’t profitable ever, once I tried Electroneum mobile mining and the rewards were really penny! Though Electroneum created a good hype about mobile mining but I stopped it when Playstore removed Electroneum mining app! If Electroneum removed this feature then I think they should list on a better exchange to make a balance in the community!

There are many people who use Mobile Mining to produce electroneum. If the information is true, then the consequences for this cryptocurrency will be major. Most people who own such a currency have obtained it through Mobile Mining. I think the project team is aware of this and I hope it does not stop Mining Mobile.

Then how will people mine the coin if it stop mobile mining ? It will become a common coin, same as other altcoins.

Of course it's good. Mobile mining prevented the project from growing. Everyone was waiting for a big plus. But this did not follow, just because of this mobile mining. Which is not good. And you have to give coins.

Probably will have a big effect. Its like destroying their purpose, or changing their plan maybe because it does not attract many investors and they have a new idea that will launch soon. For me, mobile mining is not that really appropriate since phones are not designed to be used on this. Phones capability are limited to consumption for mining and will only cause damage and laggy effect on users. Who does wanted to use their phone only for mining? Im not saying their idea is bad but just the concept not really good as blockchain project concerns.

Don't take this news as a bad news I'm sure something big is coming that's why etn team decide to abandon the mobile cloud mining for now, electroneum team are very hard-working and ambitious too, we won't be disappointed

Almost nothing I guess. The mobile mining of ETN got attention during the earliest days of it when it was introduced but it dramatically decreased overtime.

If it will stop mobile mining what kind of mining will remain to keep the chain going?

It's only like a virtual mining and making you look like actually mining but in reality, you don't.

After that ETN there were already lots of projects that had jumped into this idea but didnt actually buy out.Yeah at first i was fooled that this mobile mining thing is possible
but it isnt actually mining at all.Only ASIC's and GPU are the only ones which are capable on doing such things.
ETN will stop mobile mining rewards soon? Bad news for those who patronize this coin but i dont see that it will give out soo much impact.

If stopping mobile mining and going by the original plan will be what will make the project to wake up to its former glory, then it's fine.
After this, we want to see more progress, because, to me, ETN is not like it used to be. Although, it is better than so many projects that launched nearly the same time that ETN car on board, but are now already dead. At least you guys still keep the project alive.
Please, I would urge Richard himself not to relent. We want to see it come back full force.
