Initially referred to this topic: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5239884.0

As far as I know the members below have never participated in social bounties such as Facebook, Twitter etc.

Victim profile mutilated in bounty campaign.
Victim:
1. ChiNgadOr
2. CucakRowo
3. Bthd
4. Bitcoin_Arena
5. BITCOIN4X
6. BUK2016

Curious, what is the purpose of the account below, by taking someone else's profile and registering at several bounty.

Example:

Bounty campaign: Topic: [BOUNTY] 💣💣💣💣get ETH, USDC, TKP, YOUC [YOUengine] 💣💣💣💣 TOP EXCHANGE IEO

SPEADSHEETS

There are still many in other bounty campaigns.

Does he think that by registering in a number of bounties so that the bounty manager, paying members who don't work, is he insane...!

This is the account of the mutilator, to other members in various bounties.

perpetrator:
1. crypto_lesss

Telegram Username: @crypto_sugar

These are just a few examples, I see that there are still many other members who suffer the same fate.

So, my question...
What is entitled to get by the participants above who manipulate the profile of others...
I think this case must be acted upon, it concerns the reputation of other members who did nothing wrong, maybe today it happened to them, maybe tomorrow it happens to other members.

Proof on speadsheets.

In other campaigns also occurred to this member.

You're not reporting anything new here really. This has been going on for a few years now. Most of your bounty managers dont check the work, hence the cheater gets paid.

When I run a bounty I get multiple pms from users pointing out that some idiot has used their info.

The only way to stop this abuse is by having bounty ty hunters actually pm the manager verifying they are joining the bounty. The proof of authentification does not work anymore.

At least by having each member pm you to claim a spot in the bounty, you know you're getting the real account in the bounty and paying the correct person.

Its alot of extra work for managers so I doubt that most will adopt the correct way of doing things.

Yes, I am very understanding about that.
This is nothing new, but nothing is revealed that that's who the account is, behind it all.

However, this needs to be published and archived, for later, if this happens to me, I will publish it here.

And will put the perpetrators in, the black valley, if I find it.

Another thing, managers though, have never paid for such behavior, but I see never taking firm action on the perpetrators, roaming outside freely.

At least by having each member pm you to claim a spot in the bounty, you know you're getting the real account in the bounty and paying the correct person.
An easy solution, which I've been suggesting for quite a while, would be to scrape the ETH-address from the Location field in the user's Bitcointalk profile. Or a Bitcoin address if needed.
The "proof of authentication" is unnecessary bump spam. I still don't really get why this is even allowed. Scraping an address from a user's profile can even be done by Google Sheets, and this would ensure nobody can get paid to an address not used by a certain Bitcointalk account.

Quote
Its alot of extra work for managers so I doubt that most will adopt the correct way of doing things.
Even worse: it's counter productive for them. More spam means more earnings, and fighting spam means spammers start complaining while the real participants for some reason don't complain about losing their fair share.
From what I've seen for the few bounty campaigns I've managed, about 1% of the contributions are what I call quality. The rest is useless spam and/or plagiarism.

Accounts of criminals against other members' profiles.
I think you're wasting your time hunting down and tagging spamming Newbies. I have no doubt there are at least tens of thousands of accounts like that, and it takes zero effort for them to create many new accounts.

YOSHIE, I know you have managed to find many cheater accounts in various of bounty and that is a great effort from you for forums and users. Your work is worthy of respect, but did you know that without the support of a bounty manager, your work will only be in vain ?

I mean, a lot of cheater in bounty are those who are still newbie and I think they dont even care about accounts if someone has tagged them because they will create a new account and do the same in the campaign. I think LoyceV has given the right advice so far but if the bounty manager is not cooperative and does not support this effort then this cheaters case will still occur in the future.

An easy solution, which I've been suggesting for quite a while, would be to scrape the ETH-address from the Location field in the user's Bitcointalk profile. Or a Bitcoin address if needed.

That is no doubt a good solution but for that bounty manager have to have the knowledge of scraping which is easy for you. Not every bounty manager have that skill. It's not always possible to use paid work because I think most of the so called bounty managers accept the shit tokens. How will they pay for? However, I agree what you said. The unnecessary bump should not be allowed here.

Not having the skills to do their job shouldn't be an excluse to spam the forum. If the forum would no longer allow this spam, they could either learn how to do it, do it manually, or find a job that falls within their capabilities. None of that should be a reason to spam the forum.
