There is no such thing as "stability zone" for an asset that's very volatile and that's only a decade old.

Never is the perfect time to buy altcoins. Unless you're buying them for a short term trade to be able to increase your bitcoin stack. In the first place, altcoins are a various different coins. You can't put all of them under one blanket.

Hopefully never and hopefully they just die down, but no one knows. Altcoins can go up(in USD terms) if bitcoin goes up. But I don't think we will have the same "alt season" as with what we had in late 2017.

Listen, no one knows what will happen in the future. You're pretty much almost asking for those typical price predictions.

Seriously speaking, I don't think altcoin season will be back soon. Whatever happened back in 2017, will not happen again because people don't trust altcoins anymore. Anyone can create an altcoin within having a valid business justification which we had actually se3n back in 2017, which resulted huge monetary loss for a lot of investora. Since then altcoin market is facing credibility issue and I don't see any strong reason for it to be back on track. Adopt bitcoin instead!

Does "buy the dip" also applies to altcoins?

Altcoin so far isn't dropping any more for months TRX price is stuck to it. I'm not sure if its gonna go down but certainly, BNB and ETH are about to burst. When they say history repeats itself, it always does repeat itself so watch for the altcoins you wanna invest.

I don't see any big changes in the cryptosphere, so for now, I think, it is too early to make any forecasts. But still, in my opinion, the price will definitely not go up the coming year. Here is my opinion.

It's looking now most of altcoins (not all) still down trend now, but we don't know when it will end.

Everyone will say buy on dip but fortunately no one able to say where is the dip. Its depend on your trading skill.

Most likely when we will see a real bull run on the bitcoin price. Otherwise I am not expecting any bounce back for altcoin. Day by day market just going down.

The market's structure is uncertain just like any other coin it may collapse in any moment, stabilization might just come to not less than 5% of coins in the market.

Speculation for the bitcoin halving is debunked, we have seen a lot of people calling themselves "technical analysts" of bitcoin failed to predict on what will happen before the halving and after although we haven't see the effect of it yet but as of now there is nothing on the price that I can tell from halving's impact. Just try to notice how many altcoins are pumping and doubling their price as we are all not looking to them.

You asked four questions but we can answer all the above in one answer which is no one knows, yeah literally no one can say which is perfect to buy bitcoin or altcoin and its impossible to say how the market movement will be.

I think the halving of Bitcoin briefly revived the price of cryptocurrencies. 1. The price of Bitcoin or other currencies is not stably. They change everytime, depend on the market. But in this time, I think the price is 8K5 -8K7 is good for Bitcoin
2. After Havling, the Reward of BTC is down a half, so I beleive this is a reason that The price of BTC will increase. I will buy BTC before June

There's no constant in this world except change and that goes with Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as well which means there's no stability zone in the crypto world. The word volatile will always give fluctuation to the crypto price, stability no more. With altcoin's downtrend, I'm hoping that it will continue but the same thing we can't forecast the future of altcoins.

Anytime you may buy and start investing in altcoin but because of the trust issue, it's up to you if you would like to put your assets at risk. We can't tell or predict if altcoins can still bounce back because until now they still have some issues that they are unable to address and it will be better to be with Bitcoin instead.

Bitcoin was never seen stable, but I will give an answer based on the movement of bitcoin.
In the recent days, we've seen bitcoin rise up to $10,000(+) so this means bitcoin is capable of rising though at the current situation where there is a crisis.

Buddy I'm optimistic that btc price will bull even from this year. I'm not forecasting because maybe is still early but I have not seen a stopping or obstacle stopping price to grow. Covid-19 fear is going off, people are beginning to go back to street, some work and businesses coming back, crude price coming up and activities are growing gradually. Now btc is at $9,413 and that's some gain from yesterday.

Bitcoin surges up in price = Altcoins drop in price.
Bitcoin sideways in price = Altcoins drop in price.
Bitcoin drops in price = Altcoins drop in price.

BUT, there's a short "alt season". When? I believe just like the past, after Bitcoin has "rested" after a bullish move.

Bitcoin will never have a stable price.
The best time to buy altcoins is when you gather some secret insider information about an altcoin getting pumped by some crypto whales,so you buy before the pump&dump price manipulation happens.
Why the altcoin prices should bounce back?Can you mention a clear reason why the altcoins should bounce back?
Something like upcoming altcoin mass adoption or increased usability?

I have not heard this term  niether have I seen Bitcoin or the cryptocurrency market being stable. It is a high volatile market and anything can happen anytime. Historically 2016 after halving, Bitcoin crashed but altcoin exploded. I do not think it will happen this time. At the moment Bitcoin is having a small Bull run and it is bleeding altcoins. I think it will remain like this till the end of May.

Really hard to say when is altcoin going to bounce back, although most of the top 10 altcoin has somewhat regain some traction because of the halving, we really can't say if they are going to continue their recovery. Still base on the project itself, if there are updates like ETH 2.0.

Bitcoin price is volatile, its price always move and we can see a decrepit difference between the movement price of bitcoin and some places investment like stock even with gold. But, I read some artickle before halving came which stated that bitcoin price will be stable. Bitcoin's future has been using by some exchange especially some good exchang, it means if many investor chooses this way then most likely bitcoin price will be stable.

As for altcoin, you may need to learn more about altcoin. If you are looking for a stable coin I mean a crypto currency which has a stable price you are wrong if you choose an altcoin. Their price are more volatile comparing to bitcoin price movement. You can make an analyst, if you find new altcoin that just listed on the exchange then you will see how volatile its price, you can double even you can make 100x return of investment and otherwise.
