Even in lockdown, we can still be productive in our own ways. Use this time to make something useful and worthy, not just by watching movies, playing games, and doing nothing. If you are a student, you can still study at home. If you are an aspiring artist, go practice. Want to cook, go, and do it. Want to earn online, there's plenty of things to do. How we are going to spend our quarantine time is our own choice, but we need to use it wisely. We can't let this virus be a hindrance to what we want.

Maybe others can't seem to find peace with the lockdown since they are worried about how can they feed their families, but for us who are more fortunate since we don't have to worry about that kind of problem, let's be productive. If we think we are suffering because we're stuck inside our houses, remember that some people want to stay in their homes but they can't since they need to work to support their families.

Let's be thankful that the only thing we need to do is to stay at home. If we keep on thinking about boredom, we will really feel bored not being able to go outside. But if we set aside our negativity, we can still do a lot of meaningful things and activities even we are staying inside. It's just about the proper mindset and positive thinking even when we are facing a huge problem.

More people engaging into online jobs to earn money during lockdown period even though the earnings are very little, but what we have to do is to adjust to the situation and survival is more important than anything in this pandemic period.We may not see lockdown for too longer since most countries have no money left due to the complete shutdown of economic activities, so you will go for work in real soon until that don't be afraid of anything the corona is not deadly as the media projects.

Instead of worrying about about being killed by the pandemic you should relax and think how many people that you know got sick and died. You'll realize that there's nobody around you who is sick and suffering besides people who were sick and suffering aleady before the outbreak.

The first step to feeling good and confident is realizing the position you are in and seeing the possible ways out of it.

If you woke up and realized you've been burried alive you would gave reasons to panic because the situation would be dire, but as long as there are ways out you're fine and shouldn't worry.

What you have written is just for those who are rich and or comfortable. The only aspect you talk of that touches the masses is praying to God  Grin.
Nope, no offense but I disagree to you. Seeking to God is not the only thing you could do in these times despite of being poor. Look, if you can talk to God then what more for just a human like you Cheesy. You don't need to be rich first before doing such thing. OP is right, having communication with your loved ones amidst the pandemic is essential because it relieves the burden of one another.

Aside from that, staying fit is absolutely free as well. There's no need for heavy equipments, just work with your body and for sure you can release endorphins (happy hormones).

We should not always seek in praying. Because no matter how do we pray, as long as we don't do anything. Its useless. In pandemic, there is no rich and poor. We have to unite because everyone might infect and each of us may die.
We should love each other, care from others and help to fight the pandemic. That is what we must do right now.

We can attract negative things if we will continue to think things that are not good for us, In this pandemic our mental health should be our priority. We should control our thoughts because for sure it has effect to our current mental health.

I realized that this pandemic is the best time to heal and improve our mental health. There are a lot of people who are damaging their mental health and I think it is tge main reason why they are experiencing bad things.

I agree, lets be thankful if we are not suffering. And if we are in the right position to help, lets do it. I think its also alright to not do anything. Do not feel left out. Specially for my age(Gen Z). It okay to not be okay. Ask for help through family and friends. I've read that anxiety and uncertainty are normal during this trying times. There are things that we cannot control especially during this pandemic. Just remember what they always said: all we really have to do during this pandemic is to be safe.

I am sorry but I am not going to pray for your gods protection. Do you know who I am going to pray to? My personal god?

It will be the doctors that work so hard for tens of hours without a break to cure people and save their lives, it will be the nurses who are doing extra time to help those doctors and take care of the sick people at the hospitals, it will be the scientists who are trying to figure out a cure for this illness so that people could recover a lot faster, it will be the cargo workers who are still trying to bring every single thing you bought from amazon to your house so you don't have to go outside, it is the grocery store people who are still working so you could buy stuff you do not need in excess to stay at home.

Those are my gods not some imaginary made up character in some fictional book.

If we consider the fact that America puts a lot of people on Antidepressants and artificial drugs that change neuronal architecture and connectivity of brain, then I guess mental health among people will go down in the USA. Even Trump stated that during this lockdown suicide hotline was exploded. Pharma is a business so America will "take care" of their mental health temporarily but in overall, in this case situation will go worse on a long term.
There were a lot of wrong actions taken during this worldwide lockdown. A lot of risks were ignored and mental health is one of them. It's especially hard for those who were left alone during this pandemic because of their lifestyle and also for those who lost jobs that were earning basic needs for their livings. Also in some countries banks still kept and even grew percentage on loans and again, in some countries problem loans weren't even postponed.

We must sacrifice all our comforts to adhere on the the protocols because our survival depends on each other.
First of all corona virus wasn't as deadly as they were saying. All they were doing was playing with statistics and blame me but I don't fully believe that every statistic provided by them was 100% accurate. Also we have to consider ages of dead ones when we review given statistics and we have to have full list of how many people dead with and without corona. For example in Italy more than 600K people dead in 2019 that means on average 1700 people were dying daily. Some people on this planet think that only 2-3 person dies in Europe daily, so... Even number daily death 400 sounds like a disaster for them. Also we have to keep in mind that 99% of those who dead had another illness, most of them - chronic one.
So our survival doesn't depend on each other and believe me, there won't be any virus or etc thing that will cause the extinction of human race.

You can push being mentally strong and physically fit to others but stop pushing the pray to God's idea. Not all acknowledge it and it's basically a form of religious advertisement at that point. Recommend a neutral idea for others such as finding a hobby and spending your time doing that, whatever that may be, recommend a random place/site where people can basically talk to each other without having to introduce each other and stuff like that.

Staying positive is just a matter of mentality tbh. Overthinking takes up a lot of those thinking negatively, and using hobbies to escape from them is just a temporary respite imo but there are also cases where hobbies could answer your overthinking tendencies in the weirdest of ways. It just takes up a bit of imagination.

Though this is an unexpected event for all of us, we may actually find this a reason to reflect from our past lives. I actually learned so much from this pandemic situation. In times like this, we should have a mindset to be prepared and has a savings since we can not depend full time in government's extended help in terms of food and finance.
 
 There is also anxiety from the people who fought COVID-19 and survived, yet after our government lifted some lockdown in some areas, people here around my area feels they are now free from going out with crowded places. We care for one's health. We do not want to have a second wave so the discipline of one person always matter.

think about the future ? i think its bad . i remember i always think of the future but it only gives me stress , depression , anxiety and many more .

  so many what ifs running in my head like what if i failed , this things will come at a certain point no matter how hard i try to think of the good stuff that can happen in the future  . so i suggest that better if we will only occus on the present time .  do what your currently doing that you think is right .

OP said the truth. This is no time to be negative because it won't help you, negativity and sadness will just push you through the bottom of yourself and will lose your confidence and hope in this pandemic. Being hopeful with proper actions is what we need to do. The economy is down, many are jobless but one thing that I've learned from watching one educational video says that look for an opportunity at this time.

And what he just said is right, learn new skills, read books and it's ok to watch movies and enjoy and relax at this time. Meditate and calm yourself. Everyone regardless of financial status is affected, rich, middle class, and poor. We are affected.

Yeah all of us are affected by this pandemic..but in reliefs good are selected among the poor to the poorest,and the sad reality is you are so poor that you do not choose to be helped😥

Indeed. We should be productive during community quarantine lockdowns or at staying inside our homes because if you don't come out this quarantine with a new skills and more knowledge, all i can say is you are lacked of discipline and waste all of your time in fun and games. It is really easy to make ourselves healthy and safe by just staying inside our homes, but making our future better is really hard, that is why we should be keep moving forward.

You can only have problems from this if you choose to think much and worry yourself about it. Instead of worrying too much about the situation the world is in, you should rather spend your time having fun and doing things that makes you happy.

If you're living with your family to spend time with them, it's not just only about watching Netflix, because there are people who can't afford the Netflix subscription or any of those; you can just look for other ways to have fun while you are at home and you can as well try to have discussions with your family, during or after meal. There are so many things you can do at this time, but worrying is not an option. Just stay safe.

Too much worry about something will definitely increase stress and it is true that the pandemic situation has raised public concern so far. Pandemics are a threat, and the scariest type of threat is death from it. So its a natural thing to worry about, but nevertheless we still have things that can be done positively.

Threats can still be minimized only by obeying all applicable rules, maintaining social distance and wearing masks and promoting a healthy lifestyle. This is a very important protocol, even if there are problems, make sure we still have a way out.

You can only have problems from this if you choose to think much and worry yourself about it. Instead of worrying too much about the situation the world is in, you should rather spend your time having fun and doing things that makes you happy.

There are so many things you can do at this time, but worrying is not an option. Just stay safe.

Yes. This is the best time to follow all the government protocols because it is only for our own safety. Staying at home might be so boring but we have no choice but to prevent ourselves from being infected. With this current pandemic, we should realize now that we should keep proper hygiene all the time and learn to clean our environment so that this pandemic will not happen again.

Why won't you think of pandemic as less of itself? man the virus is very contagious so how are you going to minimize the threat brought by it? Especially now that it is clear to all of us that the vaccine may be ready until 2021 for further notice like we need to survive the 2020 to be able to continue living. Best to do now is to follow safety protocols implemented by your local community, as much as possible there is only one person in the family that is allowed to go out. This is kinda off topic for bitcoin community.
