Quick suggestion, why don't you add Valorant? I know that this is a new game but I'm pretty sure they will provide huge tournaments in the coming months.

You mean to the Calendar section? I think adding more than 4 games could make the section look a bit crammed? Though I might come up with something later on. And yeah, the Valorant page on liquidpedia does have a buch of tournaments sheduled for this month.

Did anyone watch the Astralis vs G2 match? So underwhelming, G2 got monumentally destroyed, it was hard to watch, tbh. And I had "Over 3.5 maps @1.96", ffs!

ESL One Birmingham 2020 - Online: Southeast Asia will start in only 3 days (May 21). This tournament is too popular to not be on your calendar  .

Based on the previous ESL tournament (ESL Los Angeles 2020), SEA region will start first and EU/CIS region will be the last. Good luck for Boom Esports but it looks like Fnatic will own this tournament again.

• ESL One Birmingham 2020 - Online: Europe & CIS will start on May 24
• ESL One Birmingham 2020 - Online: North & South America will start on May 25
• ESL One Birmingham 2020 - Online: China will start on May 26

The Sea region for ESL One Birmingham is the first to have matches but it's on May 21. I'll go with the powerhouses of the Sea for the first day wins.

So much pessimism surroundring G2 right now, so i decided to stay away from their match vs North...But G2 -1.5 @1.96 odds seemed pretty good =(

@batang_bitcoin  After what happened in the BTS Pro SEA, I think i'm gonna back Fnatic.   Under 2.5 maps @1.55 versus Adroit looks like a no brainer. I wonder if Birmingham 2020 will be another walk in the park for Fnatic.

Kinda weird for the gameplay, there a lot of people talking velorant could beat csgo. But see the gameplay went you have some skills like wall, fire, and anything on first-person shooter game just weird and not making sense.

More like an RPG game ~LOL.

The reason why velorant hyping right now, there a lot streamer and pro player one of the examples s1mple from navi who also playing velorant trying this game. But from my own perspective from the graphic, gameplay game and other think. This game just hyping and could be after that the player activity getting more worst than apex legend.

There are lot of players criticizing Valorant right now. There are lot of CSGO professional players like food, freakzoid and almost most of the Swole Patrol , Scream had already moved on to pursue a new career in Valorant now. They have created further hype now.

I feel like we will see a Valorant tournament very soon with the attention around Valorant now but there are lot of CSGO fans not liking it. Recently when freakzoid move to Valorant there were lot who criticized his decision. Its a game challenging CSGO atm now.

I'm not really following CSGO and I only watch CSGO matches if there is no interesting Dota 2 match. But I also want to have deep knowledge in CSGO, so I will try to watch as much as I can.

And for the ESL Birmingham SEA region, bettors should be more careful because there are so many inconsistent teams in the SEA region. Only Fnatic that has consistently performed well in the SEA tournament.

Anyone watching Astralis vs Heroic...2nd map and Heroic are 9-2...wtf?? hoping for a comeback

There are lot of players criticizing Valorant right now.

My only complaint about Valorant is that is looks like sh*t LOL    Riot wants ppl to be able to play this game on pretty much any pc, like CSGO, but ffs, valorant's graphics turn me off so much...Can't say much about it from a competitive point of view...

The Heroic game was very close in theory, they knocked over Astralis and then they got back up and won it just like a world champion does even when missing their IGL.    Was a crying shame, Heroic with coach Hunden would have made an awesome win and a giant upset but I always like the underdogs.

Thing to realise with the pro players is they rely on the income and Freak is not tier 1 team anymore so he has a problem with this current no LAN atmosphere as its trouble for the lower teams.   No criticism is possible for people just trying to find their legs in a new game or any game that'll entertain them as players.   As a spectator sport valorent could work but its so new its not well known and mostly these things need to develop, its a challenging beginning.

Nice win! And earlier today everyone on social media kept saying how G2 could underperform and i thought "maybe they'll bounce back today with a 2-0...-1.5 @1.96 looks good"...good thing i gave in to peer pressure lol

Absolutely. I watched it and it was great a match. Heroic put up a good fight, but man, dev1ce was instrumental in map 2 with an amazing comeback. Hopefully, this win will give them a little boost after the gla1ve news.

was wondering if what happened today with Gla1ve is a common thing in Esports world , does that happen a lot guys ? the timing of his announcement was a few hours before the game start which makes me wonder about these kind of situations since they can have a huge impact on the odds ... especially outrights betting

To my surprise and everyone elses they did! At 5.80x to beat Team Liquid.
Even their team was shocked right at the end when they beat them with just pistols and money running low from being up on map 3 15-9 then ending at 16-14 I think. Liquid were doing liquid things and thought they can win 6 rounds in a row to put them away in overtime.

What do you guys think about this game? I'm thinking of betting on Heroic with that good odds but they are on losing streak right now (4 in a row). Will they get their 5th loss here with G2 esports or will they turn it around and grab that elusive win here?

I won 2 live bets on Chaos too! the first was in the 2nd Map they were leading 4-9, and the odds 2+ issh, I didn't even understand how much of na underdog they were, I was just like how in hell could they not get to 16 first  and in the 3rd Map again the score was 8-9 or 7-8 (not too sure which one it was) in favor of Chaos and they were offered handicap +2.5 @ 2.29, I went in again. Prior to my 2nd Map betting, I had no idea who was what between both teams, I just went with the odds I found logical!

I already had my bet on G2 Sports, as they are also on a 2 game losing streak, Since their loss against North was a shocker, I guess they will bounce back, and for Heroic the theirs woes will probably continue.

Heroic with that good odds but they are on losing streak right now

Devil is in the detail (not the player) and Heroic did much better then expected vs Astralis when I watched them, alot of people miss the fine quality inside the games and just see the end result.    A wins a win, well no it matters how they got it imo.   Exactly the same thing happens inside cs games I play, how many frags you got does not exactly mean how useful were you in that match and its the rounds which counts.   Heroic are definitely the underdog to watch, not that I've watched a ton of games recently but from what I've seen so far I'm impressed.    Deal with CSGO is always quality matters its not just about how kennyS might be the best awper in the world, it'll take more then that and he can just end up wasted.

Nuke itself is an upset map anyhow, some teams shiver playing this one.     I've no idea what to think of Vertigo with its latest changes, seems extreme to me but maybe G2 can harness the chaos innate on this map.
