Hello, some people have advised that this is the best way to get a response from Mt.Gox, so here goes.

I deposited some money on friday morning EST from LR into MG, it has yet to be credited. I did teh service request, was responded to last night, they said it would be credited shortly, shortly has turned into 24 hours from last contact. I've already incurred in a penalty, as this was payment for a debt. All told, i've been waiting for 36 hours for the deposit...

help!

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I would get in touch with Mt Gox service again.  Sorry I don't have more to offer.

well, i got a PM here and a response on my ticket, but this, to me, is not an acceptable response after more than 60 hours:

"We apologize for the delay. Your deposit is still pending and as soon as it is processed by our system, it will be credited to your account. We will notify you when it is completed."

This is the same thing I was told yesterday Friday night. :-/

Honestly I am very put off by the entire situation, if by tomorrow morning the account still isn't credited i'll have to seriously reconsider doing further business with Mt.Gox. Sucks, as their trade volume is far more favorable than TradeHill's.

Reasonable explanation, but it might be a good idea to keep customers more up-to-date?
