I was scrolling the Icodrops website, I saw there were many ICO projects, and all of them had the world's first and revolutionary technology in the various sector! From medicine to soil, ads to robotics! What happened to them?

Due to the unregulated nature of the entire cryptocurrency market, no project is being hold accountable for whatever actions they embark on. Out of thousands of project, hardly you will see 10 that will truly develop the products they have on paper.  Thousands of project have either existed scam or bail out after raising huge amount of money from investors, amd others that do stay just do have their tokens listed on exchange for investor then abandon thier project development

There is many ICO projects but only few of them really great to follow. 2018 2019 2020 is still the same. So many project come up but failed at the end. I dont know what happen but I think they just make an opportunity and not really build good project to offer to us or in next futures.

That's one marketing strategy to attract investors. We know that it is no longer effective because many scammers do it, and it all ends up in the trash. In this difficult situation, we only really find a good project if the project cooperates with a profitable and trustworthy company, or cooperates with a global exchange top to increase market interest. Just look at the popularity of IEO which is done in binance, okex, huobi, etc. will definitely get the most attention from investors. Fake projects will not be able to imitate this.

It is simple, they made the money and then majority of the projects vanished, you really cannot trust any of these projects promoted by these sites and i never trusted any projects for a long time, i am promoting a project after a very long time because one user took time to compile a list of trusted projects and i am sure he is not having any vested interest to compile the list.

That's true, they have made a lot of promises and then they were running away with the money. Investors must buy crypto based on the product and they should not buy crypto based on the hype but it's very sad to see that crypto investors need to think again about this to make sure they will get the best investment.

Those projects are not good. I am not sure why a lot of ico services site list them even though their projects look like crap. Ive noticed a lot of it that is not really useful and can help in blockchain industry. These people only concern is to scam many investors and create a project continously until they can get many as funds they wanted.

One thing to know if the project is okay is to check out their github if really they are working on something. Mostly these scammers will only create social sites and website but the important one is not provided.

What about the existence of the blockchain? it's also can be considered as a technology that is developed in the crypto too. I may think if you did not create an incorrect point about that dude. There was a lot of dapps and DeFi. You can also see the swap service. These are also part of crypto technology.

Many projects that targeted various fields of business were initially launched but what then happened was the failure in an agreement or the failure of partnership with various other companies. In addition, many projects fail to produce products and most are scam projects

These are very common tactics in business because every one want to go very fast and these things happen in this case we have too many fail projects which run away with very good amounts and no one able to catch them or bring them in court so doing some own search is much better and good option.

Nothing. Many of the projects listed there are ahead of the current technological and psycho-social development, in other words, they appeared at the wrong time.
Now they will have to either adapt their mechanisms to current realities, which is not always possible, or wait until the level of technical, technological and mental progress reaches the required level.

Even though their idea is great but the question is, will their project able to survive in the long run?. I have seen some project that are successful in short term and failed in long term.

There are more important questions, maybe the one is the team capable to realize ideas they have. Sometimes the team depends on money, they need equipment and if they don't have money to buy one they re forced to leave the project! I think the long term depends on many factors, and if the team is not capable to deal with all factors they can't hope for better, together with all people who follow and actively participate in promotion or development of the project!

I could never figure out why NXT never made it to the top table, tech wise they were streets ahead of everyone else at the time and they had a great team of Dev's.

Yet what is it today about  $0.01 and yet they were giving LTC a run for their money at one time.

A lot of new projects come up with crazy ideas, they want to change the whole world. But the reality of doing so is very difficult, many projects are dead or impossible to develop like a roadmap. Projects related to AI are an example, I have never seen any AI projects succeed in this market

Their claim just used to create noise around their projects and people will start to hype their project. too many projects that have already created with non sense idea. the development becomes slow caused by they didn't know what they might do.

That is the general status of new projects at the present time. They come up with great ideas and great projects to be able to attract investors. But after the completion of the ICO or IEO, the projects began to reveal their scam nature, developmental delay or even death.
