It's very much serious. The buyer's party is located in Orange County, CA and the funds are at Signature in NY. The third party platform is is similar in size to Gemini, however that will be disclosed further into the process.

I doubt that anyone will be going to sell their bitcoin in discount price than the current market price. You should be trying with x% higher than the current market price because here you are the buyer in need.

First, that is a lot of money that your buyer will use to buy bitcoin.
Second, you need to hire some escrow to hold the bitcoin and the money because we talk about +100k of bitcoin.
Third, I doubt that someone or some people want to sell their bitcoin at a discount even in bulk order because bitcoin is too worth for us who involve in the crypto world.

There are only a handfull of people holding 100k Bitcoins.
None of them will read this.
None of them would even consider trading here.
None of them considers to sell 10% below.
Actually only 3 addresses woldwide holding more than 100k BTC.
No investing Bank will buy anonymous via Bitcointalkforum.

Better starting scams with lower amounts...more easy to find victims...
