Just think of this forum as somehow similar to Reddit, but more about Cryptocurrency. No it doesn't pay its members, but rather members pay other members by asking them to do something.

So there's a lot of discussions here, and being part of the community, you should at least contributed and not think of making money in bounties and signature campaigns. Yeah right skills is needed for newbies to gain here since they don't have any chance for now to join any signature campaigns and they must perform will and bring good portfolio to stand out on skilled high ranking members so that they will get the job and trust for another future service. It's really good to set our expectation but we shouldn't set our standard beyond since we need to became more greater everyday since the competition is getting more tighter.
