 risks associated with Alt coin trading, but there are no guarantee that they would listen to you.

We all followed a similar route on our journey, because we are all human. Greed is part of our lives, so once you get a taste of Crypto

currencies you are driven to accumulate more and more and you sometimes take bad decisions because it looks like the quickest way to get

 to that next coin.  

There are no quick way to become rich, you have to work hard and be smart to reach your goals.

Like your life, a lot has happened in my life, I have lost a lot in this crypto world too, I first heard about online income in 2016, then I invested 5 in a Bitcoin Level site, later when I referred 1 person, to my account Again that 5 $ was deposited, there is no profit or loss here, then I invest 100 এ in a Revenue site, the name of the site was, Mypaingada there I lose my 100,, because a few days after I joined the site scam , Then I lose another 250 $ on different Hype sites, because of this loss for many days, I stay away from Online, come back and work on Ptc sites, but I could not earn a dollar from there, but I lost another 40,, After that I did mining for 3 months on a site called Bitminer, but when I went to withdraw, they said to upgrade, then I upgraded with 45,, but there was also Loss, then I heard about this talk, came to talk and learned to work from someone, and While learning to work I got some good payment which would be around 60-70K usd, but then I knew how to exchange No, that's why the person I learned the job from had a name - "Dip Isfaq" I told him and gave him the Privet key, then he left with everything I had and more in my Coinbase before leaving. 1K btc usd was all he borrowed, he went offline, he still didn't give me a penny back, now my condition is very bad, but I'm working again hoping for luck and god, I can't get anything good yet but I hope to get it. This is the inexperience of my life !!!

My opinion is that it is not given to everyone to successfully engage in trading. Let's say I can't do it. Therefore, I try to adhere to the hodl policy, especially in relation to bitcoin. If you would calmly accumulate bitcoins for your work, then I can confidently say that you would have earned much more than doing diversification.

Greed is common in most crypto users. But they will only learn their lessons well when they lost a huge amount of money. Also, earning 0.1 daily is really big, though he doesn't state what kind of job he was doing to earn that amount. Also, HYIP projects are mostly scam projects, they are only good at the start but later on they will be abandoned without notification from its subscribers.

And yes, buying alts instead of investing in btc, it is a matter of choice of the alts that you will invest. Very few can give you good profit, whereas, we all know that btc market has strong support and you can never go wrong with it. Just practice the simple rule of trading, buy low sell high, and you know for sure that there will always be btc market.

What you said in the opening post actually happened to me too. Although i'm loss is not up to 50%, it is possible I've already lost
30% of bitcoin. Apparently I am following in your footsteps by following several HYIP investments, and also I trade a lot with altcoins.
It is true as you said that makes me lose bitcoin up to 30%. And I also agree to avoid HYIP investment, because that will make the
bitcoin we have lost a lot.

This is why I invest on my own and never trust any investment scheme. If you are able to earn bitcoin that much on every micro works then keep going and start learning how to trade on your own with a lot of precaution this time. I still go for bitcoin and the top altcoins, we are losing because of our own will and strategies so you might need to change your strategies a little bit.

Good realization mate . I'm glad that you learned a lesson from that bad experience. Forget the losses because you can gain them once again. The more important thing right now is you know to yourself that you won't ever do it again.

Actually, I am once a victim of those HYIPs. I can still remember that time, that was last 2017 when bitcoins price is booming. I have read about that site from FB pages and showing their current balances  They already have a decent amount of money that's why I'm encouraged to join the boat as well. I invested for about $5 (as far as I remember, good for me it was small amount only) to increase my hashrate. Then after few weeks, Boom! The website shut down. Fron now on I never ever trusted from HYIPs again .

Thanks for sharing your story, it would be a lesson for all the beginners here who are planning to do trading someday, they should know that trading is risk-taking, they should try it if they don't want to lose their money.

Knowledge and skills are really important when you do trading, beginners mostly end up losing when they try it without enough knowledge on it. It is better to do holding when you are a beginner you at just going to wait for the bitcoin to goes high so your money would have profit someday

I think that the only reason why you lost your BTC is greed.
Greed makes people blind.Greed makes people lose their minds and it makes them believe in the most stupid scams in the history of scams-The high yield investment programs(HYIP).I'm glad I've never "invested" my Bitcoins into such scam.
Trading altcoins is as risky as gambling and I wouldn't advise you to keep trading altcoins.
Making mistakes is a part of gaining experience and practical knowledge.Even I make mistakes and bad decisions with my BTC,even though I consider myself an experienced crypto user.

That is really a sad story, losing your money for a short period of time is really disappointing, I experienced that thing before when I was a beginner, I lost my 0.01 BTC before when I try to trade, I was a beginner on the one because of what I have watched on some videos, it seems like easy money because they earn money so fast, with just a small capital they earn 10 times of it, which is really big because it's hard to earn like that with small capital, but upon trading I realized that its not that easy because I am losing my money. Being a beginner in trading would lead you losing your money.

You tried to make a lot of money in a short time and without doing anything. Everyone should know that this is impossible, and all such opportunities are just scams that lure people with unrealistic promises. If something is too good to be true, it is most likely a trap, this is the most important lesson when it comes to money and the internet.

Realizations do always come in the end and people wont learn if they wont experience those mistakes.Im not saying its necessary but most likely you would end up on experiencing it because we arent that too knowledgeable when we do just starting up.Me too do have lots of mistakes in the past which doesnt only lost 0.1 btc but even more but still those things are already charge to experience and a we go after the years on this market
we can already lessen up the risk of committing mistakes which causes of loss of money since we are already aware on how things work. Golden rule here on this market "If it sounds too good to be true, it’s probably a scam"

My first earnings of bitcoin from paid-to-click sites and faucets, and it's a good way to earn from it because i don't have much enough knowledge yet for alternative ways of earning free bitcoins. Upon doing research, i ended up on HYIP too and it really hooked me because of great returns of investments without knowing that i already fall for scam scheme trap and it's too late to get by bitcoin back. In the end i lose all my bitcoins and really regretting i joined without digging before engaging on HYIPs. Experience will always be a good teacher and regretting something will always be in the end.

Actually I am sharing my personal experience with Bitcoin to aware all Bitcoin earners.Hope you all will not make mistakes like me.

At First I started earning bitcoin when its price was around 1000$ and then I worked in crypto for full time.And Day by Day earned 0.1 Bitcoin.Then I suddenly attracted in HYIP(Highest Yield Investment Program) investing and lost my funds gradually and at a time I left it.Then again focused on earning Bitcoin by doing micro works like Airdrops, Social and YouTube Bounty etc .Then I earned Again 0.1 BTC but now Btc Value has increased to 10000$. I have traded in many exchanges like Binance, Mercatox, Kucoin and others and bought Altcoins using Btc.To be true I earned a lot from there.But the last time when Bitcoin Dropped to 4500$ in this Year I made some mistakes by holding Altcoins and by trading without Stoploss and without any proper technical analysis.

Both investments and trading are risky and you should not involve in them unless you are not expert. I do not invest in hype but I also have lost  lot of money in trading. The problem with us is that we want to earn a lot of money from trading but do not care to learn it first. Trading is a skill which needs to be learn first.

People very often talk about experience and knowledge on this forum, how they can help you make money from trading and investing, but I personally believe it's quite harmful. The reason for this is that newbies very often think that after doing a few weeks of their own research, which is likely just reading some poorly-written articles and blog posts, they become expert traders, investors, gamblers and so on.
The thing is, you need to be a real genius to make money from something like trading in a market like crypto, where there's so much manipulation going on, and where everything is purely speculative.
Better to earn money with honest work instead of wasting time and falling victim to scams that promise fast returns.

My first free earning of Bitcoin is from my conversion of Tokens to BTC paid by the company i worked with.

But my first ever handed Bitcoin is from my investment when i bought from my own pocket and started gaining more and more for 3 years now.

i have not Lost from all my investment though some of my altcoins are falling now because as long as i have them in my wallet they are still intact like when i last bought them.

It's sad that some people consider HYIP and investing in 'promising' altcoins as a way of earning with no efforts, instead they lost bitcoins. The only reason - the lack of rationality.

Trading is really risky, you would lose four money if you do that thing without proper knowledge, so in order for you to prevent loss from trading, do not try it when you are the only beginner because the trading needs knowledge and skills for you to earn money from doing it. So as advise, try to do some research first before trading, you should acquire skills and knowledge first before trading,that is what you really need first before you try trading.

There are many people who lost their money by trading because of being lack of knowledge on it.
