Thanks for your feedback. From my experience, it's not that hard. If you got solid use-cases the right people get it that they can make a lot of money.
More then you would earn then of a regular salary basis.
But it's a mindset thing

Why not if  he has a good project and he is dedicated to make it successful his token will have value, I notice this thread was posted in May any update about the project OP do not have post or follow up, if he is that serious to work on that project, he should update his thread, some people might be following this thread.

Well if he can provide that, he will have no problem assembling a team for his new project and he knows how to evaluate people that are coming as candidate for his project, it's been over a month but you can drop your resume here and your past projects and not just words to hype your project.

How long do you want people to work with you without paying them?
