If this is an official announcement of their project, then this is done in poor taste, first it should be in the altcoin announcement section second  a professional designer should create one for the project to make it look professional since this is investment project and you want to invite investors to invest, I don't like the features and plan it's more of a Ponzi scheme.

Hello OP, you have not stated the correlation between your project and blockchain, because silver is a not a type of metal that is so difficult to get and the demand for silver is not so high to encourage the demand for the token itself.
Also, you do not have a bounty in the plan. Who then are those that will be selling on the exchange? Also, do you have an active market that has the liquidity to support buy and sell at any time, without waiting?
How do you intend maintaining the price of you token and for it to be in correlation with the price of silver in the silver market? That is if there is truly a market for it.

those project backed with USD succeed because they are being accredited and partnering with banks. but project backed with silver, gold, or that kind hardly succeed because it's hard to prove whether they are really reserving gold and the only way to find out is by going to their warehouse.

Possible the project scale through the Huddle's but can't imagine what had happened in the past when cryptocurrency was new to us, many of these projects we had that time were coins backed by  gold and many of these projects ended up with fakes and move out with investors monies. Now there are silver back project, am afraid of these types and won't advise anyone to invest with them.

Silver was among the expensive and good precious metal in the world but I did some few research about the project and i dont see anything that sparked me because there is no genuine vault audit certificate provided by the team and i saw is a paper written certificate which is meaningless.

Creating token with something backing the value is very good, but it will need to be proved.
No one will buy the token if they can't verify that the token is really backed by some physical value like silver.
And it would be better to make the announcement thread on announcement board if you are the owner of the project.
