Stable coins for bounty hunters

I know this have been discussed several times on this forum but yet I will like to drop this again, I'm sure few new developers are among us here, so here we go

It will be a whole new story if new projects can start paying bounty hunters in USD or stablecoin, this have few advantages over paying with your own tokens, if new projects find it as a most for people to try out their new Blockchain they should use airdrops instead, airdrops has the lowest rewards, hardly to get 2$ in airdrops today

As for bounties please start paying in USDT, DAI or USDC, this will erase your sense of 'bounty hunters are killing new projects' idea

Most of the projects has no money to invest for bounty hunters that why they need to paid bountys with their own tokens. Most of bountys that paid in stablecoins just paid you a really small amount which is not worthy for my time. But now i see a lot of bountys doesnt care at all getting small paid so it not excuse to be lazy.

in fact, the salary in btc eth or others is usually much lower than the promised thousands of dollars in unlisted anywhere tokens ... the difference is that a dozen or so dozen dollars is certain and those thousands of dollars are pie in the sky  and the chance for them is very small

Well i think it is more pair if bounty hunters recieve a stable coin for thier work something like usdt, because it is really pair but i believe that only few campaign pay usdt there are so many campaigns that still allocate the percent of the token and they used thier token to pay for bounty works and if the campaign or the project is unsuccessful or failed the bounty works will be wasted and the hunters got nothing.

In cryptocurrency, almost all commune prices fluctuate and are never stable, but there are some coins that are always stable. I have not seen any coin stay stable except USDT and DAI.I think in case of bounty they prefer to pay their own coins without paying any stable coins. There is a little more opportunity to benefit from it.

Some projects have done this but not all of them are because they may have the funds or money to pay the hunters up front.
or indeed they do not intend to make payments with stable coins, there is no problem as long as both parties have agreed and read the applicable terms, we also cannot force that each project must pay using USDT or stable coins.

It's hard, man, to find a bounty with stable coin payments, which I feel is only injective protocols that are able to do it, hunters are paid USDT for me, this is enough and get a reward that is worth it, even though it's only a little, but it doesn't matter because stable coins won't fall like tokens. they provide.
Now bounties are just a waste of time and after that we only get shitcoins that have no value even I often get rewarded like that.

Yez ,but that is only for projects that already operate and have budget, or you can see some bounties but with very small budget. The essence of bounty is that they use their own tokens to reward the hunter, so they almost lose nothing when it's the token they create themselves.

Well, stable coins are good for eliminating the volatility in cryptocurrency, which is good for hunters too because it guarantees the reward value.
But i still prefer to get reward in their token or coin, because campaign that using stable coins are usually have low reward value.
If you researched the project before join campaign and trust them, reward in their token is the best reward i think.

There are some bounties that pay in USDT amount of bitcoin weekly, Of course, I wish there were more of those but seems like projects don't want to spend money and want to see their tokens to bounty hunters, some of them are not bad though, DIA had a good bounty program recently also Injective protocol.

We can get fix value but it might be a small reward vompared if get the payment in tokens because there's a chance for it to pump, only if this token has potential.

This depend on the project itself. If this specific project is not scam and has a bright future then receiving your rewards in tokens are much better. Nevertheless usdt payment or other stable coins are not common and those projects who will pay using stable coin is giving their participants an assurance that there effort will be paid off.

Such bounties are extremely rare for now. however, we just need to see if the bounty uses escrow or not, and pay attention to who the bounty manager is. if they are trusted people and use listed coins as payment, I feel that it is a bounty worth considering.

A stable coin for bounty hunters is a great idea. I have seen projects span 12 to 16 weeks. For a very long time, the reward was rubbish, not worthy of their effort.
Some good projects grow and bring good returns, they are rare.
Spending a prepaid stablecoin fund to advertise is a huge and unreasonable expense because many ICO projects are difficult to raise enough soft cap.

There are several crypto projects that are paying in BTC, ETH, TRX, EOS, XRP and USDT. And it's really great idea having this kind of payment since we don't know if the value of the token project will go up as bounty hunters are mostly expecting. But the thing is some projects are paying on their own token, so bounty hunters need to wait till the token get listed on exchange and till the price of token will goes up. But let's consider also the projects that they laucnh a tokensale to raise funds.

yes it's not a bad idea if a project pays its participants using stable coins such as USDT, UDSC etc. but I personally prefer to pay using the project Coin itself, who knows in the future or after the project ends, the project coin price may go up high or have a good selling price.

I think in developers' perspective, they are started with limited budgets and if they are starting to change the payment into stable assets such as USDT, the project will end up into deficit and it doesn't make any project looking good. Unless, those projects have really solid budget at the beginning and want to care more about the community and then sure they can do that.

very true and sure opinion if consulted. The excuse put up by projects on matters regarding payments of bounty hunters are not professionla. The excuse never arises from the inception and then at the end is the big Bang excuse of you not putting helping the project as a bounter hunter by killing the price. The payment to bounty hunters should be in stablecoin as it has not direct connection with the project price deflation.

There are some projects that are paying using stable coin already, it will be difficult for many of the projects to pay with stable coin because the dev and team are not sure of what will likely become their project. Many of them might want to pay using their token because they feel is a way of spreading the tokens around which might also increase holders.

Majority of bounty hunters will prefer getting paid with stable coins because they can easily trade it, bounty hunters are spending electricity and paying internet connection they must find a way to make a quick profit and not wait for tokens to have value.

I totally agreed to this kind of sentiment, I think doing this way and paying all bounty hunters in theirs of stablecoins or USD will definitely good for all the bounty hunters as well as to all new project developer because it will definitely eridicate the dumping scheme of new coins/tokens of the project. It is a win-win situation to the hunter and most especially to the project developer.
