Looking very well bounty hunter jobs, So if a team keep distribute USDT/BTC/ETH for bounty hunters then there is no fear of dumping the value of that token. Because it is very important to do promotion for a project and it is important to get updates about that project to everyone.

Dont forget that one of the goals of running bounty campaign is to raise money for project development. How can project pay hunters in stable coins, when he tried to collected money for himself? It is like going to the shop when you are hungry, and pay for food in food. During bounty campaign, projects tokens and coins does not cost anything for the projects. In general, they spend 0 when running bounty (their only expenses are fee and payment for bounty managers work).

On the one hand, its good when to pay with stablecoins and all bounty hunters will not be able to change the price of the project upon release. Very true, IOI bounty campaign paid participants with Tron coin, I think around 150,000 Tron for the bounty allocation, this is a very good idea, no fear of dumps from bounty hunters, only scam developers will see this as a wrong idea, those who already have plans to exit scam on investors

I also have seen bounties paying in stable coins, I even joined in a bounty were TRX were given as a reward for those who tops the weekly number of posts. Using those tactics will help not only the bounty hunters, but also the investors to think that the project is worth a shot.

Actually it will be nice but I just started thinking, that how can a project that do not know if it will succeed in achieving softcap pay hunters in stablecoins, we all know the crypto space is unpredictable where some will easily get their funds and others struggles hence only few projects can do that. Some projects did that and from studying the project it was clear it is a good one and in order to protect their token price paid in USDT, and it was not delayed unnecessarily. However, on the other hand, we have many projects whose team are after their own satisfaction and hence paying with stablecoins can never be in their agenda. Also, there are few good projects which can still pay with their token and it will be worth it.

but also, they can interest some investors by paying bounty hunters with stablecoins. i'm sure some investors must think that the project will be legit in the end because they don't have any hesitation to pay with stablecoins even the don't know they reach the softcap or not. and yeah some projects still pay with their token and it will be worth it, but it hard to find it. its percentage maybe just 10% in a year, and the rest will give you worthless token.

Most of the time project dumps because of  the bounty hunters.The reason behind it is,Hunter get the own token of a project and some of them sold  those at any rate without thinking anything and here is the problem.So if the hunter will get their payments in stable coins like btc,eth,usdt or some others like that then possibility of growing a project is much more than the usual.

I think it depends because there are bounties that after being listed in the exchangers will suddenly dump the price so it is now difficult to join the bounties especially if there are many dumpers who are investors or bounty hunters we can not blame them if this is their decision because it is no longer old in bounties after distribution others still continue to hold their coin until there is a good exchanger for their holding coin.

Have tired with loss many coin from bounty campaign after holding, now when receiving bounty campaign coin and get chance for selling I will sell because many coin make me get nothing after holding. We can't trust with owner will guarantee their coin keep going on to higher price and stable coin because they only think how to get profit and left when their coin going down. I found with centra coin after the owner get the problem with government and make coin dump then delist from exchange market.

This could have been an ideal thing to do if they get funded from the ground but most of them are paying with their token since thy don't realize any fund to use for that purpose. The best thing is to research for a project that have potential to get listed.

You are right All bounty hunters should pay a fixed amount of stable coin. The amount of money that the company collects and the amount of ICO price that is kept by splitting or ICO and IEO, after coming to the market, there is no price, ICO price. Which doesn't get Bunty hunters the right job.

Correct, some projects even don't have enough money to do the proper marketing due to the other things that might cost them a lot. ofcourse stablecoins for bounties is very good, but i doubt it will be good for project's side when they don't have enough fund

Indeed, this might be the one of disadvantage but still, bounty hunters became part of the project, yes it is sometimes their fault why some project dumps in the market because they are selling too much token with low value, instead of holding it and wait until the price rises up which is a benefit to everyone if happens. Token prices are unpredictable once being listed on some exchanges, different price on different exchanges because of the volume.

not all projects and the number is still small if a percentage maybe 2 or 3 out of 10 projects that do.
but at least the number will continue to increase if the project provider is truly confident in the project.
I'm sure that nearly 50 of all campaigns do something like this means crypto is already trusted and in demand by most people.

Do you think this can be possible? Many that tried taking this step ended up not paying because of the cost. Many preferred paying  in their tokens. But it will really be of great if that could be implemented and if the payment will be real. I will still say it may seem impossible and those to do things ain't many. Some bring bounty during presale and at the end sells not upto expected. Already trading projects may also find it much difficult even those that promise hardly fulfil it so it has been a nirm in crypto to pay with tokens wether trading or not.

It's hard to happen, if a new project launches a bounty with the usdt payment system because the developers prefer to pay bounty participants with their own tokens.
 I do not question this problem because if we are selective in choosing the bounty that we want to join, it will certainly give confidence in our hearts that the project will be successful in the future.

That's a hard thing. The project that's coordinating the bounties would only want to pay in their natuve token because they aren't sure of what the outcome will be, both real and fake project. So it's up to you to accept to promote a project. You have the rights.
