I would say that only 2 percent from all people who take part in bounty campaigns or airdrops have such skills. a person can invite 100 people through his referral link in a week in good airdrop and earn as much money as a person with some special skills

You can actually do that, but what am I asking for is that you can literally do the dirty ways to get referral as you can pay desired money to someone for joining through your links which is not good and not healthy for your income. Your right, but like you said “professional” well not all are capable of that. Bounties are also freelancing however its not very profitable this day compare to previous years. So its better to look for other stable job aside from it, in due time I believe it will come back to life again.

Whatever task we have to do in bounty or airdrops are very easy tasks and what we normally do. But people here most of them are missing one point that there are lot of other things like graphical work which they can also do. Even learning technical things is not bad. For me it is very difficult to forget the gift and Airdrop, if remember in 2017, surely everyone benefits from both programs. Although many projects currently fail, I will not leave the gift and Airdrop. I just want to keep fighting here and hope that someday two programs can return successfully.

It's a great suggestion. I would totally agree with you. However, it won't have an echo in bounties community. Simply because most/all of them are not ready to build a professional portofolio and will keep searching for simple tasks even they know that at better cases they will receive a low valued token then start dreaming on how this coin will be successful and increase in value for a certain period. And by taking a fast look to the "Bounties" board, you may notice a lot of old ranked members who are still looking for bounties and faild to learn some useful skills during all their existing here .

All of the list made up there is for professionals in that field of life, and these different fields mentioned are used for the real life jobs not being specific to crypto space. This will need time, effort, dedication and money. After all these, you will need to have some good influence in other to get hired. Truelly, you'll be well paid, but how long will it take to start earning from it. If you tell me airdrops are waste of time, I'll accept, but not bounty, cause it still pays.

And also, if every bounty hunters and airdroppers goes into becoming professionals in web development, programming, debugging etc who will occupy these other positions. There's no problem if you forget about airdrops or Bounty, but developing or project startups cannot be the next step.. Ost peeps join Bounty or airdrops for extra funds, how then do you fund a new projects or learn developing?

For me, after leaving airdrops or Bounty, go into crypto currency trading, investments, and join only after you have the in depth knowledge

Well, being a developer and programmer does require special expertise. Airdrop and normal bounty hunters who don't have experience in the field will surely have difficulties, so will I. I strongly agree with your opinion to maximize the ability of each person to be able to benefit in the crypto world. For example, you like to write, then use it to do product reviews, or if you are a graphic designer, you can use to support a project. In my opinion, if with the time goes and we must always follow the trend that is happening with the bounty and market too. There was no a lot of differences with the old bounty and airdrop. it looks like these days a lot of bounties have been choosing stable coin to pay the hunters.
