As mindtrust said, there would be betting on Olympics in every crypto casino. The crypto and bitcoin market was quite smaller when 2016 Rio Olympics held, hence there wouldn't have been much casinos to integrate crypto betting. I think you will need to wait 1-2 more months until we know for sure that they will be played,nothing is sure anymore and i dont think many sportsbook even offer bets for olympic games yet,but maybe im wrong. Try checking out stake,sportsbet or fortunejack or some other sportsbook if they added it

Its still 4 months away and as mentioned it would really be on July on this year but everything is still on observation knowing that pandemic problems isnt over yet.

Too early to look for games for you to bet on when the schedule or event isnt still finalized yet if it would happen or not.
