They blocked the account and said you had to complete the verification process

I accepted and sent the documents they requested

But after a week, they say be patient

That should paint a clear picture of what kind of wallet service they are. It's even better to use p2p services/exchanges if you want to exchange money to fiat.

I have also a problem with them, I used their XMR App for Android, as I needed it to receive a XMR payment, then when I wanted to withdraw it they asked me for email verification, all ok until I add my email and tried to verify it, never received a email since hours. Then I contacted them for help and they asked me for 100 things lol, I provided all info and they still asking me more and more things, I provided my phone number (same as the account), the IP is also the same, email too etc...

There are lots of reports against this wallet. I don't know how people use their wallets after that. There are already a lot of reports and they are not trying to solve these. We should all be more careful, so that we can keep our funds safe from such scams. Their bitcointalj profile is showing their reputation. You can see the amount of red color in their profile, nothing good can be expected from them. So they change their deceptive rules every time.

Sorry about the ugly experienced you are going through my friends (@Aeoris and @mamoxe). This is a very clear sign that freewallet  is a shit and scam service. Very unprofessional and don't give a fuck about their customers.

Just out of curiosity, what made you use their wallet?
There are far much better services and wallets out there that are trustworthy, with faster support and won't bother you so much with KYC procedures. If you are not sure, you can always ask the community here. They will help you with the best options.

Lol, because it's only 0.7 BTC that's why they solved the OP's issue quickly if it was a huge amount you'd be stuck in the KYC rabbit hole trap since they selectively picking and scamming people.


I don't recommend using this trash can wallet, instead go get a ledger and store your coins in there.

Well, he fixed this transaction why can't he fix the other reports, there are too many reports this exchange, I would not even think of using their service, people should learn that when it comes to trading your coins one valid reports is just enough for you to stop trading on that exchange, save yourself from worrying.

Well congratulations!  Happy to see you got your money back.But my suggestion always would be don't store your assets on centralize wallet.It's always supper risky we all know. Because they can stop servicing anytime they want. If wanna hold or store your Crypto Assets always choose Dcentralize platform because you always got full access on it. Without you no one can access your money.

I've raised alarm on freewallet few times before, the truth is the team aren't ready to make users have full access to private keys or recovery seed, this is why I will never trust free wallet, while faucets was still a thing in crypto space I lost some sats in dogecoin and Bitcoin to freewallet because I couldn't find access to my wallets again, the team failed to help
