You really need to try more places. Freebitcoin is a really good site but I'd never recommend it for Sports when there are literally more than 10 other very good sportsbooks who have better odds. The platform you made a bet with doesn't control the esport or the results. The esports organizer would have their own set of rules and ways of making decision. If you were to bet with any other platform, same would have been the result for all. There's nothing the platform could do in this case.
