Yes, I messaged him on Telegram because I'm interested and asked if he is still looking for a social media manager. But he only saw my message and didn't respond if he is still hiring, so I assume he either found or hired the person he was looking for, the 'reply guy'.

Let's say he gets busy or forgets to respond, but hopefully, he'll let people know if it's filled. But it's also true for some newbies, they'll create a new thread and once they've got what they want, they won't come back to even update.
