Options trading for Ethereum!

Trading platforms are coming up with Derivative trading for coins other than BTC. Which is great for the market and it gives its users a lot of smart ways to trade their crypto and take advantage of market. I think its about time more coins gets listed for derivative trading. I use Options trading in a situational manner. I have been hoarding ETH for a while now as I see it being undervalued and I like to insure my ETH on a long term incase anything goes wrong with my predictions. The same time, I have sell calls for long term(6 months). If ETH does go up as predicted, I make decent profits even though I had just insured them from a fall.  What do you guys think?

Since binance launched binance futures already we can expect them to add a lot more coins in the future.

I too have some contracts open on ETH but with very low leverage because high leverage tends to get liquidated quickly

Now not just ETH, even EOS is coming to derivatives trading at Sparrow Exchange. A lot more coins are coming in to diversify the Options market.

Honestly I don't know how you guys do it, options trading is like a trap, lost some bitcoins in options trading on binance, this lands me in a serious bad mood for two weeks, good for those who can handle options trading bit not for me, damn I'm not even that good with normal trading

It could turn into a gamble if you dont know what you are doing. Maybe just try to learn more about Options and try to implement into your trades? I'll be honest, if you are just making 1 trade of majority of your stack, you are doing it wrong. Popular way of trading Options is straddle. If you plan to make less trades, maybe go for long calls. Everyone expects BTC to go up in the near future. Sparrow Exchange has upto 6 months. Which is great if you are planning to go long on BTC/ETH.

I think that options and other financial tools for crypto might lead to the next big bull run. But when trading with options as with other finanical tool you should be very carefully and understand your financial product otherwise, you might burn a lot of money

You do it if you think that options is for you. I'm good holding my ethereum and don't want to commit additional risk as you did op.
But if it works for you then that's the reward that you deserve because of the risk that you have taken. I don't mind about the rewards, I'm okay holding Ethereum and wait for the right time to reward myself by simply holding it.
