I used the site for bit , everything was cool up until I started winning , this site shouldn't be trusted under any circumstances.

Back to the topic the video below will show you how roobet scammed me for thousands !

roobet made excuses for 2 weeks >I upload video show roobet >banned from live chat> make bitcoin talk forum post my roobet homepage is just a kangaroo. RIP money


They give youtubers fake credits to gamble , giving you a unrealistic perception of site (thinking youtubers are using their own money)

If you login and monitor the bets you can tell their is bots being used by roobet to make the site look "active"
for instance if your on a black jack table >example "BBIN-1309821309812" user is sitting , you can see every ones bet but not "bbin" bet only until round stars , then that same user is simultaneously also playing crash , and roulette.

They promote to audiences underage

note: banned me from livechat can't even get in contact with any one for support absolutely cringe move on their behalf

Guy, I watched your video and saw how it works with you. But I think you should provide more information here to support the accusation  Wink First, tx hash should be stored in OP, then your BTC address, image of withdrawal history,... all related things. Roobet is one of the big casinos here, I think you need to have enough evidence to denounce them. It seem they do not appear to include your withdrawal address in the withdrawal history  Roll Eyes

You need 1 confirmation for deposit only and not for withdrawal. How many confirmations for withdrawal are different across service providers including exchanges. Generally, you should be able to withdraw after 3-6 confirmations, well most providers that I use pick that number. Not sure what is the Roobet's policy.

You should show that in your video so that you have stronger proof.

Edit: watched your video till the end, it seems all have more than 6 confs. Waiting Roobet's response Smiley - retracted statement based on dishonest OP

For logo thing, It currently under maintenance I believe since I can't access the site as well.

This case has been solved both of them @yahoo and @dkbits already got their money.

It's really true Roobet need required 1 Deposit Confirmation, if the transaction still 0 confirmation then we cant cashout until the transaction has some confirmation. Should know the "Live Chat" support could be the moderator of the website and not always the developer team who managing the transaction, they can't really handle the transaction and make it fast. What's they can do just push the problem to developer team, where I know? cause I have a similar case like this when the confirmation has been reached more than 1 confirmation still cannot withdraw the money and can't withdrawl.

The problem is, I'm using RBF to push my transaction so need to handle this manually because my account have a double transaction for my account need to wait until the developer fixed this and finally can withdraw my money. Anyway, I see about the date and wager total on roobet, the video was created on 03/06/2020 so already more than 2-3 weeks.

Can you give more information from the latest update from the current date and chat from your account right now and we can see the progress of your problem? cause kinda strange you said they banned you a few hours ago but the video was created 03/06/2020, so need more information about this case with the current date now.

I'm gonna point you in some right directions if you truly believe you've been scammed and want to try get some resolution.

First off, their license in Curacao means nothing. It's one of the shadiest licenses casinos can buy to seem legit. Curacao don't give a shit about helping the players if a problem arises. So you're just wasting your time there. Trustworthy casinos do not license their casinos in Curacao. They get legit licenses from Malta or other places.

Anyways, my advice to you is try a mediation service. Posting your complaint here is a good start but no one here is going to help you much as you've found out.

So lets start. You can try using casino sites like casinomeister: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/community/casino-complaints-non-bonus-issues/
Make an account and present the facts and evidence. Starting with a thread is a good idea as it gets Roobets name out publicly and puts pressure on them to resolve your issue. Then from there you can use their Pitch-A-Bitch service which starts the process of a mediator reaching out to the casino directly to get a response and get you paid if the facts are straight.

Then, I would also use the complaint resolution service at AskGamblers. That's also a really good site to get the casino to respond to and present their facts or evidence. A mediator will then decide your outcome. If you go to this link you will see Roobet has responded to a complaint in the past here. Be sure to be factual and give supporting evidence to back up your claim. I have used both of these services successfully in the past to get paid when a casino was dodging me with a payout. You'd be surprised how fast they are to respond to these mediators rather than you trying to reach them yourself.

On the video, the problem is the account cannot withdrawal before the confirmation reached 1 confirmation before they can withdrawal the asset. In this video, we have multiple transactions on the same day around 3-4 transaction and already got confirmation on the network. On the chat activity with roobet support said, the transaction snapshot has some delay on their side so need to wait until roobet snapshot the transaction.

The video ended with the conversation of delay snapshot from support robbet side, and he texting the chat to the support but still not seen. I believe this chat activity still continue, but since the video is ended then don't know the progress.

Now the question, what's make this problem is shady.
1. Whats the account name of your roobet account? you sensor it right if this problem was really true then we can forward it to the thread.
2. Why you said, they banned you on the "LIVECHAT" a few hours ago but the video created on 03/06/2020 (old video).
3. Can you prove it, the account belongs to you?
4. Give us information about the problem on the current time and date right now and do not taking any screenshot from the video. Make a new video for the current date and current screenshot

Simple right?

Otherwise, if you can't give this all information for me its just a bunch of troll. Or using other people video problem to try to make a bad reputation for some casino.

4. video is self explanatory > I have deposits all confirmed over 6x roobet > making excuses for 2 weeks+ not to pay out

You should edit the video, with the past and the current situation one of the examples when you accessing the website.

Try to video it and maybe you can use VPN to comparing why the website only stuck on logo. On my side, there is no logo stuck at all, you don't need to deposit again ~LOL just needs to wait until the confirmation is reached.

Yeah, cause we see the strange date on your video is an old video so need to verify its really true or not.

On the video, the support only acting based on their policy deposit and withdrawal asset so that's why they're responding like that's and on the chat they not making excuse for delay the withdrawal 2 weeks. Some of my problems could be same as you and here the history of my chat's

Did you read a few responce for me, created another video with the current date and time so everyone knows the current situation so there in no misleading information because the date. Can't accessing because the logo stuck then included that's a problem on the video also tested with VPN, the website is no stuck logo at all everyone can access it.

Stop yelling everyone stupid when everyone wants to help you, its annoying jerk.

Enough said, I don't think the OP is a real user nor accuse Roobet with validity as his account is just newbie having 8 posts that is mainly about his judgement on Roobet. (His posts) Funny thing that he said this:

Just my observation, this isn't awareness nor a legit accusation. Many are already having fun playing in the Roobet's platform even top, trusted, and active users here in the forum are playing their games and participating in its activities. Yet somehow and somewhat you managed to post a thread (and make a new account) just for what? We all respect those who investigates such suspicious activities, but I think this is somehow subjective.
