Top ICO reviewing websites are made in the following way: the more detailed info about an ICO you provide, the better rate the system gives you automatically. If you want something beyond the automatic score, then money is likely to be involved, but the automatic high score is surprisingly easy to achieve as I learned because it was my job to list an ICO on various websites.
