If anyone remember deadley, he is also a good manager. No projects associated with his campaign were shitcoins, all have value before January of 2018. Electroneum and INS gave many bounty hunters opportunity to have an enough amount of money. I don't know why he didn't continue being a bounty manager after the bull market. Maybe because his next projects like SMT didn't pay well. Upon seeing that convo of Bubbalex and you, I think he has the integrity to his work and being thoughtful to his fellow forum members not wasting their time on shitcoin projects. Then, good for him and I hope that I could be part on his future campaigns.

Luckily I was a part of his cartesi bounty he works with full dedication that's a sign of a responsible person honestly I am desperately waiting for his next bounty but I understand that it may take some time because with this kind of standard he wouldn't present a garbage bounty in front of us that's all mostly bounty participants want, genuine bounties. I believe bubbalex is a good example to encourage new bounty managers or those who are old but making mistakes continuously.

Can someone share a review on BountyDetective management team? I see they manage lots of projects, but I dont know much about their past. Would be great if someone could make a statistics about distribution or listing of projects under their management. As a managers, their work is often done on time (or as mentioned in rules), but I'm more interested about the future of projects they manage. I.e - is it worth spending time on their bounties ?

Recently I've noticed they write they guarantee bounty distribution - interesting to know how they are going to do that. Do they escrow funds ?

I don't know much about bounty detective management, so far I see the project they manage are decent and not bad (although haven't taken part in any of their bounty yet) but i read they always guarantee hunters will receive their reward,
Having said that, I believe some of the things you mentioned are out of the control of bounty manager, like the future of the project they managed, that as far as I know is left for the team of the project to determine, bm job is to manage a bounty and over the sheet for distribution to the project team,  as for the future of the project that rest entirely on the team.

Actually some Bounty managers are more conscious about the new project so they realize that the project is not good or will become scam in near future or sometimes the IEO platform is not good so there are many factors which a bounty Manager is watching as if he delivers the scam project then he lost its reputation and trust to the hunters.

Ever since I participated in altcoin bounty section, I have recommended two most intelligent bounty managers Bubbalex and Julers, these two are the best managers that had delivered massively in good rewards.

Unfortunately, I have not yet found a good new project to launch a bounty. There were several opportunities to launch campaigns, but projects that wanted to order my services did not meet my standards, I would not want to launch a campaign for the campaign, with a project whose tokens have no real value.
Most BM sees money as the ultimate in handling bounty campaigns but this is faulty giving out bad reputation to BM,  if  managers can stick to statement above no matter the amount  of $dollars hunters could get but what seem most is deliverance.

New bounty managers, watch and learn, Here are the words coming from a very good bounty manager who knows what he is doing and only cares about his reputation a.k.a bubbalex, someone asked on telegram why bubbalex haven't introduced any new bounty project since Cartesi which was a bounty from 2019, here is his answer

I hope other bounty managers learn from this guy, he chooses quality over quantities, the first bounty manager that turns away some bounties to safe his reputation.. a round of applause for bubbalex
Definitely I will change my point of view to recheck the new Bubbalex campaign. Ferrum network and then Cartesi both campaigned back to back had great success. Even though I couldn't miss the next campaign, Bubbalex is very serious about introducing a new campaign. Only before Cartesi, Agareum couldn't earn huge support from users.

If everyone behaves like Bubbalex there won´t be any program. We currently do not see good programs because in most cases if the project is good enough, the marketing is done by an exchange that list them on their IEO platform.  Smiley

Only before Cartesi, Agareum couldn't earn huge support from users.

This due to devs still havent decided what for they used blockchain and tokens (lol). It is clear that they must create an in-game shop, but I think they dont know how to balance in-game items, prices, round token reward and rewards that must be distributed to hunters.

Plus their game is not the original one. Agar.io was created first and Agareum is just a copy with blockchain feature.

It is certainly good decision but you should also understand reasons.
bubbalex have reliable projects, he has a good reputation and so on. But it is much more difficult to participate his projects than in others.
Others BMs ready to start lower quality projects and due to this there is always an opportunity somewhere to get extra money. Different cases.
You should beware only of the most shitty projects

What a man no wonder why people like bubbalex so much. He have a standard and quality for the project that he will manage. Yes, every bounty manager should imitate what bubbalex did. I hope he can release his new bounty campaign as soon as possible.

That should always be the case.
Since he is doing it inside this forum then might as well make it as worthy as he could.
But let us not also jump into conclusion when some projects handled by other managers are failing.
You just don't know what will happen next.

They are here to manage campaigns but doesn't have the authority to know what is happening on the inside.

Unfortunately not everyone could do what he does and not everyone could just pass the opportunity to earn.
Come on now we all know that the bounty is a work for everyone who wants to try it and it is also our job to find a good project.
But if you are a bounty manager who doesn't have enough to feed your family would you pass the opportunity to be paid for your job?
Be practical not everyone could do it and there are some who badly needs it so even if they know that the project isn't that good they would still accept it for their salary to support their needs.
That is why there are so many new bounty manager because the old ones doesn't want to handle anymore project since they doesn't meet their standards.

Yes, that is what bounty hunters are looking for. Setting up a high standard before accepting a project, even if he know that he will get the payment, as long as it is not good enough for him, he won't accept it. I think bounty managers shouldn't need to immtate him, but to learn that not every project should be handled if it doesn't bring any contribution to the community.

I wish other bm's would follow and emulate this attitude, especially many newbies bounty manager don't really do any extensive research on the project they choose to work with, their main aim is to get paid, whatever happens afterwards is really none of their concern, some are ready to throw hunters under the bus to get paid, am glad bubbalex reason this way, it will really help to boost his reputation.

but the current reality seems different. Many bounty managers only accept payment for junk projects. they promote it and don't know the clarity of the project. they reasoned that they were not from the team and we're not responsible for any problems. it's very classic.

I can attest to Bubbalex as legit bounty manager. I have joined one of his bounty campaigns and really got the rewards for the tasks I did. Aside from his being choosy of the project to manage, he also sees to it that bounty participants are legit. He is one of the bounty manager whom I closely follow.

Every manager has a different way and character in managing the campaign he wants to run, maybe "@bubbalex" wants his reputation to be well maintained, In this forum, it is indeed difficult to maintain a good reputation for managers for their participants, "@bubbalex" might be one of the managers who is not careless in making decisions when there is a project offer to be developed, at the moment there are indeed many Bounty projects that lead to 'fraud' maybe that's a strong reason for "@bubbalex" to answer like that.

Managers who use 'escrow' do not need to answer like that, before the campaign is promoted here, the funds/tokens given to participants are guaranteed, so no, must be afraid of their reputation.

I respect the guy so much but still I don't expect him to keep giving up good bounty projects, I remember lucem fund, that project is from bubbalex but it's not so good, I remember alchemypay, the bounty manager was sinnatra who had red trust on his btt account, it's all about the project, BM has huge part to play here too but quality matters
Yes, and sometimes BMs must also be careful in choosing and accepting projects, so that their reputation is maintained in the forum, because some BMs will be considered quality if some of the projects that he holds can be maximally successful.
It's a must and that's the responsibility for the manager to audit the project before it will be started to accept it. This must be a reminder for all of the managers to do their best to get the best bounty project too.
I hope this will give them all awareness.

I can attest to Bubbalex as legit bounty manager. I have joined one of his bounty campaigns and really got the rewards for the tasks I did. Aside from his being choosy of the project to manage, he also sees to it that bounty participants are legit. He is one of the bounty manager whom I closely follow.
That's right, he always prioritizes bounty hunters and chooses only the best projects. I like the way he works and he always limits the participants to ensuring the rights of the bounty hunter
