These wallets you mentioned above supports staking programs but with different eligible requirements, I am not in your shoes, so may not know the best suits you. To choose better ones, you should check on the one you can afford to stake with, the one that meet your eligibility, and never forget to stake on popular wallets like that of trust wallet.

The ones I used are Kucoin and Binance for staking altcoins as they are probably one of the safest wallets out there and with the highest returns. Though they are centralized, you don't need KYC to deposit/withdraw your funds anytime. But since they are exchanges, you should be aware that you don't the key to your assets and you should use it with care.
Kucoin and binance aren't safer wallets, they are centralized exchanges, how do you feel relaxed when you entrusting your altcoins to centralized exchanges? This is why I don't use exchanges for staking, you have to control over your coins anymore and that's risky

While I can agree with you, I am still using Binance and Kraken for staking my coins. It is not a massive amount, it is easy, good returns and in my eyes still quite secure.
In fact I don't really use wallets, I store most of my coins on exchanges.

It's too risky, man. when you are a daily trader I don't think that is a problem. but when you are an investor who saves assets in the long run. I think you have a big risk. try to learn to choose your wallet. it's safer.

If you ever took interest in mobile wallet that supports staking i recommend Flits, it's a mobile wallet that does what you're looking for.

That's a yikes, if the exchange ever got hacked you would only have yourself to blame, not every exchange is immune from getting hacked.

Does trust wallet have staking?
Yes, they have. I'm not using trust wallet but based on their website, they have a support for staking coins and their wallet is suitable for it.
