Recently i was betting on a tennis match zverev vs ruusuvuori and i was a bit shocked by zverev performance and for  some time i was wondering what causes this fluctuation in the players performance other than injuries, if we can determine the cause or atleast predict some of them then it will help when setting the bets, what are you're thoughts.

Maybe its not his day, not every games can be won even if you are the best ever tennis player in the world and sport betting is also same, you can't always expect the best team to win sometimes miracles do happen.

Sometimes Personal Life is all that matters, Remember that Those players are only humans and they have some issues in life that facing in some instance.

But you are correct that if we can only find what are those then it will be a big help for us to win.

But also consider that maybe there are a game selling? I am not accusing them but possibilities are there right?

Ofcourse. But that will probably mean  gathering information regularly about the player's current form. I think you could have businesses providing such services (information gathering on players, teams, etc) in legal manner. The players/teams privacy have to be respect in cause of the information gathering.
I will probably go to places like their training camps/centers where the public are allowed to record their activities.
