On Monday I sent email asking Mt.Gox to make transfer of money to my Euro account but I have had no response and the money are not moved.

Is anybody else seeing problems with this type on Mt.Gox?

The owner of Mt. Gox is in Japan, so he is likely busy trying to get things together, along with rolling blackouts and general disorganization.

I'm sure you'll get a response soon enough, we've just got to bear with him through this trouble.

Actually, that's not the reason.
The owner of Mt. Gox explicitally says on his site that it takes 5 days for the bitcoins to arrive once payment is made.
I'm sure he does this to protect him self from fraud, paypal transactions can be revoked within a certain time period.

You'll get it in a few days, don't worry.

Hi,

Actually it's even something else. We are changing the euro payment system to make deposits free, and waiting for the funds to be transfered from the old account to the new account.

Withdraws will be processed starting this time.

Any delays on incoming money?

I sent some to check the exact EUR conversion rate and how long a transfer takes.

Just BTW: the symbol '#' appears to not be allowed in SEPA transfers? MtGox asked me to add a message that includes the symbol. I used a space instead.

Yep, I noticed afterward that the # symbol was not good in SEPA transfers, and the site has been already updated Smiley
