I think it's not the one OP is referring it could be another site, I check on that Bitcoin- vault link and there's nowhere there that says it's a high-profit project like a Ponzi scheme it's more like a coin just like Bitcoin, honestly, I am not aware of the existence of this coin but they are already on many exchanges, the reason for a very high volume, but do your research first.
