jamesclef is a SCAMMER luxsocks account

What happened: Contacted him via email to buy a luxsocks account and paid in full but he didn't reply even though he replied to my other alias. Says his email is hacked and to only use his jabber but I asked via another email of mine to send me his jabber and he sent the exact same jabber, proving he never was hacked.

Used luxsocks accounts usually go for 50-100$, it's not really uncommon.
I know it was my fault for not checking but you can't see a user's trust if you're not registered.
I don't know how to tag others in a post and I cannot send him a private message as my account is too new.

As I said, it was my fault for not taking the time to verify his trust.

Tagging the accused won't solve the situation for the OP have been scammed already and with the way I see things jamesclef won't refund the accuser. With that been said, the accuser also did something unbelievable by trading with someone which was giving red trust for same method of selling luxsock account scam act last 2 years

The word called "vigilant" and "common sense" should be observed by the OP when dealing negative trusted users here in forum.

By being "vigilant" you should know the great risks and as possible use escrow when you got a deal. And "common sense" have you not seen the red trust under his profile, I guess you do but you haven't keep in mind at all.

So this user instead of resolving his scam accusation he gives me negative feedback for revenge, Op I think you will never get back your money since he seems doesn't care about this accusation.
