I have build the wallet from source, when I launch the daemon, why it start downloading the monero blockchain?

Do you have linux build available to share on github?

What's the point of not having a website? It would be great to at lest provide info about the project...

I would recommend making a website before launch and providing wallet links etc this is a bad start in my opinion.
