Yes, ingat sa pag-download. Hindi na bago yung mga balitang may mga pekeng website targetting electrum at iba pang wallets. Sa mga hindi techy, maganda siguro maghintay muna ng mga reviews ng mga bihasang users. For sure pinagaralan naman yan bago i-release at marami din makapag-check dahil open-source kaya hindi masama kung maghintay.

kase inopen ko ang Electrum wallet ko for at "check for updates" it seems like the latest version is 3.3.8 mahirap na magdownload baka ibang wallet pa yong madownload.

Ingat sa app notification or pop up notifications asking auto update to new version dahil muntik na ako nadali niyan noon ng phishing link last update, 3.3.4. Buti nalang nakaugalian ko talaga pumunta sa official website para magd'download. Uninstall mo lang (be sure na meron kana back up sa private key) tapos download ulit.

Yep, ganyan lumalabas pag check for updates, kaya need mo mag manual installation not from pop up na notification galing sa app.
Make sure na verify muna if tama yung signature ng downloaded electrum version

At make sure din na gumawa muna ng backup ng laman ng wallet folder ng electrum sa appdata if naka windows ka.

Haha ako nga 3.3.5 pa.  Hindi rin kasi ako gaanong fan ng updates lalo na at wala namang major security update ang mga later version.  At siguro sa katamaran na rin.  Medyo stay pa siguro ako dito sa gamit ko since di pa naman ako gagamit ng mga bagong function na yan.

For best mas mabuti talaga na i-download siya mismo sa app Help > Check for updates at hintaying mag show kung may update na available but since it needs manual installation better na pumunta sa mismong site. I don' know kung bakit pa nila nilalagay yung Check for update sa app kung manual installation lang naman palagi. Anyways, thanks sa pagbabagai OP.

Updated na ako sa latest version, medyo matagal tagal rin ako nag update kasi okay naman yung old, pero thanks.
