Sorry I did not get what you meant by Local bank. Also, $15 is too small considering PayPal fees will be like $3.5 to send to the US paypal or another country outside the EU. I assume you are not in the EU or UK. |

But if you are in the EU/UK i can do a lesser amont as its free to send. Maximum depends on how much I have with me. Right now around $400-500 |
