Maybe there is just a problem in the website , not so much update given in announcement  thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2251352.1000.

I also check them in coinmarcap  and here is only i found https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/phantomx/. It's still alive but doesn't have volume  .

Thanks for the information! I forgot to ask another question. Are you using an exchange wallet or do you have a desktop wallet? The reason I am asking. Mine does not even connect to the network. Are there any special settings you have to configure to get the wallet to connect?

I can't answer you with that. I've tried going to their website but my browser says that it is unsafe so I stopped. I saw that you have posted to their announcement thread but it might take time for you to be answered on that thread. I checked their github and the last update was 17 months ago.

sorry, I never invested in this currency so  I can't answer if the wallet is online or offline they don't give any social media channel for update so you can see what really happen to the coins.

The better way is to find other contact of that coins developer  and direct ask the developer how to solve the issue you are experiencing.

It's a problem for him to contact the developers. The website isn't safe as I've said and I didn't tried to pursue to see any contact the details. The github page was updated too long ago and there's no other contact found to their announcement thread. I think with the cleaning that CMC is doing, they've been there a couple of years since their launching and yet the volume is just labelled as a question. I won't be surprised if CMC will remove the coin on their listing.
