That's what I said to them on my reply above if they want the trust of the community why to represent another account just to avoid the red trust? It is really not a good practice if they are representing the same casino. There are other casinos here or other entities, for example, Roobet, BestChange to name the least that hasn't played to avoid the reputation given to them but instead prove the community that they can be trusted.

The proovable fairness system in Wixiplay.io could work fairly, but only in theory. They make it very hard to verify the proovable fairness of each bet by changing the server seed each bet and it's only revealed once you clicked at the timestamp of the bet, which wasn't self-evident in the self place.

From what I understand, this means that to check fairness, you would have to be checking each bet individually. RHavar had revealed this first, and he discovered that wixi likely could see when users checked the server seed, so they could fix the results only for unaware users this way. Then other users noticed that there were some statistically improbable strikes bets on the site and that there were even mismatches with the provable fairness system. T

From what I can see, the current website still makes it hard to check the provable fairness by changing the seeds every bet. A similar strategy is utilized by other shady sites for years like for example 999dice which has likely scammed hundreds if not thousands of people this way.

I think there's no point of account automatic deletion after such inactivity Because there's always a possibility that they will come back when they will. This rule also can also make your gambling site avoidable since they need to reregister again after a few months of inactivity, And there is a high chance that no one will try to re-login after few days just to make their accounts active. There are too many competitors btw.

I also think this is too inappropriate to bring up other people's issues aside from resolving your issues. Don't get me wrong, I'm trying to be neutral here but it is what I see. Resolving the current issues will help you grow more as a gambling site and the care you show to your gamblers will help you in the long run, trust me. I have other issues with this dice.

1. The server seed DOES change every roll, I see my latest 3 bets and each one has different server seed.  Luckily I didnt busted my coins yet so I dont acusate in being non-fair.
2. Withdrawal fee is too high for ZEC coin, it's 0.01 ZEC (0.6 USD) while common tx fee for ZEC is 0.0001 ZEC...  people choose cheap coins to save on fees! It's not good at all if you earn for withdrawals too!

I talked to admin in telegram by private message it seems he is not going to answer, I hope you can carry to him these issues!

From my point of view, the prizes are ok for the level they are at. Look at luckyfish which is a much bigger site than wixiplay and they have lower prizes, first place Wagered 11M DOGE - Prize 12k DOGE, second place 8M DOGE Wagered - Prize 5k DOGE and so on. So I was directed to wixiplay.io thought I would check it out I had a few friends recommend it so I thought hey why not.... Well I am now waiting 3 days for my coins from them. I deposited approx 5.5 dash coins on there and after 116 confirmations on the chain and messaging support probably 5 times, I got to the twitter account and they told me that the wallet is under maintenance. They tried to put my coins back in my wallet but after waiting over 24 hours no response I wouldn't trust them with anything. I told them I wanted my f'n coins in my own wallet not on the site, so they BLOCKED me on twitter after I posted and tagged them because I still was getting no responses from anything. I am pretty fed up that these guys have kept close to $800 CAD of my cash I just want my money and I want people to be aware that they do NOT CATER to their customers WHATSOEVER just their own pocket book because they won't even take the time of day to communicate and keep a person updated. I have yet to see in my time playing online a wallet under maintenance for over 3 days the most interesting part is it is not even posted on their TG and or the their twitter. They have stopped communicating and just seem a like a den of thieves this is ridiculous and I don't want anyone else to get ripped off.

I just washed the 5.5 dash wasn't ever getting it. I have screen shot their tg so many times now of players saying they aren't getting their deposits and withdraws... like they blocked me from TG so I cna't even post in the group... shady as hell.

I already have gotten like 15 players to stop playing there because I dunno if any of you play on LF stake bitvest I pull some of the craziest dice shit out there to be honest... dust to riches. The wixiplaysupport account hasn't been on since Aug 11. And also the supposed admin account hasn't been on since that day too. Admin's last post on the forum was a failed auction to actually sell the site(!) so we probably won't be seeing much more of that anytime soon. They say the site won't close down, but with so many accousations against them, I don't see it having a serious future either.

OP was last active August 11th so I doubt any of you will get any answer from them here, WixiPlay doesn't have much of a history and reputation as a casino either since they joined the forum only 5 months ago, they also have a scam accusation topic against them about their games being rigged and there are many member there that confirm that this issue exists which already says a lot about this website.

I suggest anyone that has problem with them including those who can not withdraw for 2 days to create an scam accusation topic against them in the "Scam Accusations" section and provide all the necessary proof such as payments history and whatever else that is relevant to the case so that OP gets flagged soon.

Exactly, not all of these websites that stopped working or got problems are going to shut down officially and you should be the one always checking out their ANN topics once in a while to see if there's any new problem with them or not, my guess is because they had open scam accusation topics against them that they clearly had no intention of solving or even answering, they decided to just close it down and they just kept the deposits open so that they can get some easy money that way for a while from those who are not aware of these recent problems.
