Why do not you present the documents here? No one would go third party site and download data to verify. Please post all the proofs here and if you are found not to be done what you are accused of, DT member will remove the tag. I was planning to observe the issue and share my opinion but when I saw I need to go to third party site and download file, I gave up.

Convinced! For the record feedback turned into neutral from negative at the moment. Flag can't be removed after raised (its prevented by system) but I removed my support. So if other DT members think they should do same then its totally depends on them. Honestly we aren't here to damage someone reputation, we just want to save community from likely scammers and still I believe it were really necessary that time. You are too irresponsible person, because you were should defend yourself when accusation were made. So it would clear before. I don't want to disturb on your business nor it was my intention. So many scammers around us always, so if you accused for something then you should provide appropriate answers there. Sit silent wouldn't solve the issue what did you in the past.

Anyway, try to convince other DT members who have left negative feedback and support your flag. Call them on this thread so they could realize the current situation.

Honestly, I wasn't too happy with the whole situation at the time, couldn't make head or tail of it but after spending a few weeks in the forum, I absolutely understand why these precautions are necessary to alert users on potential risks. I personally have discovered users with multiple accounts and a single user with 4 alts abusing and exploiting campaigns and promotions. The whole thing just blows my mind.

I appreciate you reconsidering the situation and at the same time, trying to keep the community safe.

The same on me as well. I have been removed my support on the flag created by @Coolcryptovator.

Everyone deserves to have a second chance and continue their legitimacy onwards, I saw their endeavor was undertaken to build a good reputation in the forum. In that way, it convinced me to support their side and removed my flag support. I hope others will see my good insight towards them.

But once there is a legit complaint towards them, I won't hesitate to give my negative feedback.

That's not right. The team should ability to handle any situation calmly. There would be happen so many problems in future as well but if you can't handle it correctly then you would loss your users and reputation as well at the same time. To be honest your team should be more professional.

@betnomi, you have to pm all those who didn't revise their feedbacks or still support the flag to make sure they read this thread.
The problem is with ICOEthics who left you a negative feedback. He is a DT2 and hasn't been online for more than a year.
I don't know what can be done in such case! It's unlikely he will lose his position as DT2 any time soon if ever.

No, that's not a problem. ICOEthics inactive doesn't mean his/her all feedbacks are wrong. So he/she shouldn't lose DT2 position at this case. He/she have left lots of accurate feedback and that should exist. There is alternative solution for this case, once all DT members will removed their negative feedback and neutralised it then counter feedback is enough. If no one leave counter feedback against ICOEthics feedback then I will do. Problem solved. But I like to see ICOEthics on DT2 always.

Counter feedback was a good solution for the old feedback system. The score in the old feedback system would change if someone give counter feedback but now, you can add a green +1 on a profile but you can not remove the orange -1 from the profile with a counter feedback.

Counter feedback was a good solution for the old feedback system. The score in the old feedback system would change if someone give counter feedback but now, you can add a green +1 on a profile but you can not remove the orange -1 from the profile with a counter feedback.

Actually, if user has been tagged in old system they will have (guest, newbie?) warning box on top of their topics (like betnomi here):

Thanks for looking into the issue and reconsidering it. We can not say there will not be a scam accusation against us but I can guarantee you if there is ever one, it wouldn't be a legitimate one and we will promptly address every single issue as soon as it's raised. We are setting up a robust system and customer service as the first line of defense so, there will be no issues and provide excellent customer service to resolve any issue should there ever be one. We are here for the long run. You can take that to the bank.   and oh, I think you forgot to remove your support for the flag.

Please re-read my comment. I never said ICOEthic shouldn't be on DT or he has left many wrong feedbacks. In fact, he was one of the most active users fighting scammers and busting fake projects. Removing him from DT wouldn't be in anyone's favor.
In this particular case, his feedback is harming OP's business. Maybe the most appropriate solution would be to pm theymos and ask him to remove the feedback!

I don't think its gonna work.

Flag against "Betnomi" have already been opposed by many users and the flag opener also withdrew that too. So ICOEthics feedback will not gonna be a big fact for them now. I wish they will provide honest service for their customers and hopefully that's gonna bring reputation for them. Although its easy to lose but hard to gain.

To registered forum members, yes feedback left by ICOEthics won't be a big deal but to guest user trying to view their ANN, there will be a red warning as already pointed out by someone above
