In the first phase, We have just launched our digital wallet Beta version and saw 40k+ downloads in the last 48 hours due to Telegram Airdrop and social media campaign. Now that we have 40k users registered with our platform, what should be our next move?

You cant say that you did actually have that 40k users just because you have seen 40k downloads of said wallet.You should at least consider that there are lots who do abuse it knowing that
airdrops in involved which is pretty common to happen.

Dont expect much because those numbers arent real yet downloading doesnt really cost that much an effort to do so.

Next move? Dont focus into those downloads.. Finalized that wallet  ( not in beta or testing phase). When everything is set up then focus not only on airdrop but also in other marketing stuff as well
to give out exposure towards your project.

You have a roadmap right? Deliver whatever the promises you made to your users. 

For a more effective and efficient marketing, study what the successful CEX did before.

If what the OP says is not false, they have developed everything successfully. Getting a working CEX and wallet is already a big thing.

Problem is telegram and social media campaigns are bloated with inorganic results. Those 40k+ downloads are actually only 20% or less organic because the people who are getting paid for downloading them are running bots. Thats how unethical the social media "buzz" is and thus cannot be trusted with numbers.

Airdrop campaigns are not useful if you are trying to drive a legitimate project. It is very much the opposite.

On the contrary, OP can post about the project here and its beta/alpha CEX website here? That would start the process of getting some organic signups on it.

Thank you everyone for the great responses. Yes i agree and now i need expert opinions on the moves we have planned next:
1. We will verify email addresses with phone number who signed up after downloading and finalise given airdrop reward to email address only if verified.
2. Relaunch airdrop by removing rewards from all dummy/bot sign ups as I hope they will fail to verify email and phone.
3. Get legit users after verification in Sl. 1. and 2. go through KYC by signing in to Exchange
4. Get the Exchange Demo Account for learning up and running for users in Sl. 3. meanwhile rigorously test Exchange for real trading
5. Launch Exchange officially.

Expert Advice needed: Does the above order and steps make sense or is there a better way to go about it?

What is the point of verifying through email and phone number when you already asked them to download the app on their individual devices?
Why do KYC when you don't even have a real exchange to offer?
Where will you drop your Tyslin Coin by the way? In the user's installed wallet or in their exchange account?

For an airdrop token that is unknown and not yet listed in the market, I think you are asking too much. I also read the reviews about your wallet on Google play, you have a lot of work to do before you even demand anything from your users.

You should also respond to Vod's question about the number of users who installed your wallet. Google play says 10,000+ but I cannot see the same information on the App Store.

Is there any measure put in place to ensure that the number of downloads is nor being farm by certain individuals or groups? Did you have any measure to look at duplicate IP addresses? Most of them will surely not use VPN since they will not be aware that you are taking such measures. KYC is extreme for a token that is not yet available in the market

Thank you for the good response. Yes you are right about the KYC part we are not doing it right away but will do it after the exchange is launched. As for duplicate signups we do have a mechanism where we are filtering duplicate UDIDs.

Not sure what you really answered.

An answer which had a question in it.
Vod's definitely not going to leave you and may tag you if you don't prove your words to be true. You just can't come up with a dashboard screenshot, but rather do something so that we may see something that'd benefit your users as well as prove us too that your claims are not fake. And about KYC, if you'll conduct it on your site ever, trust me, you'll lose many out of those ^40k users^ who have registered for your services.
