Need Spanish or Arabic Community Manager

We need Spanish or Arabic community manager for long period. I'm potentially looking for a replacement CM for our Arabic or Spanish community, in addition some assistance to help build that group up further.

So we need people to work really serious. CM responsiblities like this;

-Attract local people in community.
-Finding websites where we can advertise (high traffic rate).
-Contact with regional influencers
-Making suggestions to increase engagement in arabic community.

If you want to tell everything using telegram, why did you post here? I mean, you need to provide more details, what is the company name? Site URLs? Then we can assess it as scam or honest.
