The tweets/retweets will show when you posted them as far as the day, so I don't really care if everyone waits til last day to post links as long as they're not tweeting/retweeting all in the same day. Max counted per day will be 1 of each, so anyone thinking they'll tweet all at once will be disappointed when not paid.

I think not, because he is more updated than me. This to me was last updated 2 months ago. So maybe there is another reason why he has not been received or maybe sir just missed his application.

The campaign is small enough I can check all users daily and see their activity. If this had 100+ in it, then it might be a concern.
