Latest GST news   - The GST Wing arrest a proprietor of a trading firm in case of fake invoicing of Rs. 3.51 crore.   The said proprietor was from Nagpur Maharashtra region. He was dealing in Paint, Cement and Iron & Steel products. however, later department found that the said firm was non-existent and a Printing Press was operating from the declared premises. 

Just do not understand, how people are doing business in India now a days or its a impact of GST in India.  It is also found that the below uploaded documents were forged.

 (i). Photograph of the Proprietor uploaded on GSTN

(ii).   Aadhaar Number of the Proprietor declared on GSTN

(iii).   PAN of the Proprietor declared on GSTN

(iv).   Residential address of the Proprietor declared on GSTN

The Input tax credit held in this case is around Rs. 2.75 Crore.
