I don't know about you, but it automatically converts the text to me into English language.



This is in Firefox, but I check on Brave and Chrome and I get the same result.

Perhaps it has something to do with your settings? Because I will assume that the system will detect will region or country you are and automatically convert it to the language that is available as least to you.
