First, I think this doesn't belong in the off-topic section.

Regarding what you are asking, I don't see that there is any difference between buying from Belgium and buying from most industrialized countries if you use a bank account.

I would start with Coinbase, but later on find out about hard wallets and save your bitcoin there. Remember the phrase "not you keys, not your bitcoin".

I checked HodlHodl's Belgium markets for you, and there are a few buy and sell offers available from people with decent amounts of reputation. I'd suggest doing smaller transactions at a time though, just to be sure. Watch out for scammers.

Buy Bitcoin!

Yes.It's my question. How can i buy/sell bitcoin with using belgium bank account? Any exchange advice?

There are many ways to buy Bitcoin.
Let me list a couple:

Real life trade (usually only cash exchange) - you meet up with the person and you give him your Bitcoin Address (you need to create a wallet first -> check here) and you will give the person cash. Pretty anonymous since youre dealing with the person face to face.

Using an exchange - this is how I started a long time ago, I bought my first Bitcoin using coinbase (fees are a bit higher but the process at coinbase is so simple and easy for beginners.) You create an account, verify and send them money using SEPA and when they receive the amount you will receive your bitcoin. Alternative that I just favor right now is the kraken exchange, also simple.

Using P2P Sites - as mk4 you can also use P2P sites, where you buy Coin from other users and dealing with that user directly instead of sending money to an exchange... NO KYC, so still more anonymous then using an exchange. I just like the safety of using an exchange.

Currency Exchange on Bitcointalk - Bitcointalk has a currency exchange sub board (be very careful and only deal with trusted users, use forum escrow for more security!)

Any further questions, ask away.

Exchanges like HodlHodl would have been better, or mycelium wallet to look for local traders that are willing to sell bitcoin in your country. Making use of the market place on this forum can be perfect too, but you have to be careful of scammers and also making use of escrow, these are the best options that can help your privacy not to reduce.

In my opinion, if I am not mistaken, then the Binance exchange provides an opportunity to replenish an exchange account using payment bank cards. Sign up with Binance and try to fund your account in your local currency through your bank card. Perhaps this will be one of the most convenient ways for you.

Although I'm not 100 percent sure that this works for all EU countries. In my country, this method works. So, this means that it should work in Belgium too.

Best to ask first about who are the users who reside on Belgium and ask them about this information so that you will get an accurate answers since if you ask this question on random guys for sure answers will be gotten on Google and some of them are quite not accurate or maybe they don't know on how it works on your country.

Also try to see this sites, disclaimer I didn't try this one I just give this for reference and do your very own reserve about this.

Another alternative is using BestChange(https://www.bestchange.com/) to find some sellers or buyers of Bitcoin in your country.
There are lot of options in BestChange, where you can select with different rates and also different payment methods. Using bank account is still possible, just find some exchange there where got belgium bank account as payment method.

exchange would be better than compared to buying bitcoin here in the forum. We know that it could have greatly be a troublesome having the scammers around. I suggest to use the known exchanges in cryptocurrency where they had been paired already to different fiat currencies like binance and  coinbase.

Just make a small buy befilore buying bulk bitcoins to make sure the effiecency of the said transaction and to avoid making misktakes by practicing howcit was done.

You don't understand anonymity. [1]. Many people want to find who is real Satoshi but they fail because he has never shown up his face publicly and let the world know he is real creator of bitcoin.

Not true! If you have to leave your name, your bank details in trade chat, even the marketplace does not require KYC, the company has your trade history (and with bank details). It means with data breach or under government request, you will be caught.

Trading on Peer-to-peer (P2P) marketplaces do not mean that you all elements of a trade will be done peer to peer. The bitcoin buyer will send fiat to bank account (assumes the payment method is bank transfer) of the bitcoin seller. To make sure the buyer is safe from scam, P2P marketplaces have Escrow wallet for each trade. It means when a trade is open, the bitcoin of bitcoin seller will be locked into Escrow.

After the buyer paid with bank transfer, mark the trade as Paid; the seller checks his bank balance and see money, he will Release his bitcoin from Escrow. The trade is done like that.

Safe or unsafe, it depends on how you trade:
  • Trade partner selection: choose old accounts, trusted (high trust rating and feedback), good total life-time trade volume.
  • Follow instructions of marketplace: Mark as Paid if you already sent money (buyer); only Release bitcoin if you receive money (seller).
  • If you paid but don't mark as Paid, the trade will be expired and the locked bitcoin in Escrow will be refunded to his balance. It means scammer get bitcoin back in wallet but you lose your fiat
  • To reduce risks of trading with scammers, avoid offers that have rates are "Too good to be true".

Important note for OP,

If the payment method you use is Bank transfer, you have to choose your trade partner very carefully. Let's me explain.
  • Your bank account can be frozen if you have trades with partner who have fraudulent activities or money laundering. When police calls, your bank account can be frozen > Make your trade partner selection as best as possible. Do it carefully!
  • Avoid trade partners that have trade history is only buy bitcoin with bank transfer AND with huge amount for each trade AND account age is too young. Question: Where the capital comes from (stolen, hacked, etc.)?
  • With bank transfer payment method, very carefully to choose trade partners!

You could simply use an exchange like coinbase, binance, kraken. You could also buy directly from other people or you could search Google for a bitcoin ATM around your location.

Buying bitcoin doesn't depend on location mate, you can buy bitcoin from any where in the world, just find a P2P platform or go to binance exchange, you can buy bitcoin on binance without going through any KYC verifications
